Customer service is horrible. I’ve talked to so many people I’m sick of the topic. I’m out the price of 11 towels I ordered that were delivered to an address that I moved from 5 years ago. It’s funny the bill came to the right address. I finally got someone that agreed to give me a refund. I guess he just wanted to get rid of me because he didn’t follow through so I’m still at square one.

Unfortunately the only reason they received one star is due to I have to to write a review. I ordered online and the package is being returned as I type. It’s been 11 days since I placed the order It has been a nightmare from kohl’s to fed ex for customer service. I have spoken with 4 people from kohl’s for this on line order. They are all from other countries Philippines to Central America. All reading scripted procedures. I was told he was having a system problem. When asked to speak with some who wasn’t having the problem he transferred me to a someone who was speaking Spanish. Passive aggressive. Now I have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund. Needless to say I shouldn’t have to wait and worried I may not receive my money

Returned a kitchen Aid attachment I got as a gift so I had no receipt. My sister bought it with cash and lost the receipt. My local Kohls took the item back and was told I have to wait for a Coporate Refund. It says on my receipt to call within 10 days if I have not heard anything. Well I've been calling and either have been put on hold for hours at a time or receive a message the office is closed. One time I was on hold for 4 hours with little success.This is so frustrating . I never experienced such poor customer service ever by any retail organization. I will never shop at Kohls again.

Kohl's is such a disappointment. Kohl's initiated refund on the Dec 17th 2018 and its almost over a month and I have not received it yet. i have reached out the support almost 9 times and was connected to the supervisor thrice. every time I was told they escalated the issue with high priority and yet I havent received the refund yet.. They said the refund was initiated on Dec 17th and on Jan 17th they told the refund was re initiated on Jan 05 and today they told the gift card I used was sent to the wrong address and they sent it again to the correct address. Seriously Kohl's? Better train your customer reps with better lies.

I ordered a Kitchen Aid mixer thru kohls.com on Black Friday November 23, 2018 as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It included 3 day Free Delivery. I put it on my credit card. So, about 2 weeks later in dawned on me that I haven't received the Mixer. Tried calling Kohls and they cant help you as you must call Kohls.com... well I couldn't get thru for a couple days. Finally I got through and told them I haven't received it and I saw on the tracking number it was caught in Louisville. They asked, did you call UPS? Well no as I ordered it from YOU! Well they are in the Dominican republic trying to track something in the USA... they told me to give it a few more days and call back. Now it's about 2.5 weeks before Christmas... They put a TRACE on it. I told them to forget it and just give me my money back. They refused to do it. I called the corporate office in Wisconsin to speak with ROBERTA MYRE who works with the CEO. I must have left 10 messages over 2 weeks and SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. So now I don't have my kitchen aide, it's almost Christmas, so I bought one from Bed Bath Beyond and I received in a couple days. I have all my emails from Kohls.com saying they couldn't reimburse me until they "completed this trace". O my gosh, this has been a nightmare. So just the other day on January 21st I got an email saying they were finally going to reimburse me. I had already called the credit card company disputing this charge. No one called me through this whole ordeal. I noticed it hadn't arrived and it's been ME trying to work this out. Will NEVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN!

EPIC FAIL KOHLS...i have tried unsuccessfully 4 times to place on order with Kohls, all to get to use their 30% off coupon. what a joke. i even went to a physical store, where i was told they could not help because of privacy issues...WTH. Finally i was given an email address to "get help" and received a response "Thank you for your recent inquiry. Unfortunately, this is an unmonitored email box." well that was helpful. i have cut up my Kohls card. i found the same thing at Target with no issues at all. Say GOODBYE Kohls.

I hope someone reads this, I have gone all the way to corporate with no satisfaction. I received a desk, a 200 lb desk which was defective. I need this for work so I had to have a replacement before I sent the old one back. They told me to buy the new one first and we would worry about the return later. Buying this desk was a complete s*** show because the account was flagged for two large purchases...after hours on the phone that was straightened out. I was assured that UPS would come, pack up the defective desk and call me to make an appointment for the pickup. I went on a live chat to find out when UPS would pickup because I hadn't heard anything. The Kohl's rep told me oh i'm sorry, you are going to have to pack up the desk and put it outside...it is winter and there is snow on the ground, mind you. I sort of flipped out about that, but sucked it up because these people are all apologies but never fix anything. Next thing I know, I get an email from UPS that a pickup was attempted but no one was home. There was no note or anything and I work from home and didn't see any UPS truck. I call UPS and they tried to deliver to an old address! So Kohl's gave them the wrong address to pickup. Wouldn't Kohl's have given them the address the defective desk was dropped off at? My husband called...they said all was straightened out. Then this morning I get an email they can't change the address and I NEED TO COORDINATE WITH UPS!!?? Are you kidding me?? I have a high pressure job and do not have time to sit on the phone which I've probably spent at least 5 hours with these people. HIRE PEOPLE WHO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! I am closing my account with Kohl's.

Would not let me close my mothers account who just had a stroke and went into Hospice. Was told I had to write on a piece of paper and take it to my kohl’s store that she had a stroke. WTH Talked to guys outside of US then was asked to talk to someone in US. Guest what I am not only closing her account I am closing mine also. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE
