Kohl's is the worst. They flagged my account that I never run a balance on and when I called to close the account, they said they would not without a FAXed photo ID and utility bill- bizarre. Don't open an account with Kohl's.

Kohl’s used to be my go to store for many items. However things have changed at Kohl’s and I’m done. Crappy clothes, over crowded floors, poor customer service. I have made the switch to Macy’s. Seriously ladies give them a try they have items there that meet many budgets and I’ve never had poor customer service.

Do not order from kohls.com anymore they changed from ups to fed ex and it has taken my package longer than it takes to ship from overseas to get here and ir isn't coming from overseas it here in the US. And I paid good money for shipping as well. When I had called customer service they basically told me it is out of their hands....terrible customer service. Cancelling rhe card and will not stop here anymore.

I use to shop at Kohl's but since I moved, there is not a store nearby. Why should this matter? Kohl's has a third party for a Kohl's Credit card that is hurting their business. I get notified by Credit Karma that my Kohl's credit card has been cancelled. It doesn't even specify why. That looks bad on my credit. I call Kohl's and I am told that I don't use my card enough, so they automatically cancelled it. They didn't even have the courtesy to send me a letter or ask me if I would like to keep my account open. Their response was "You can reapply". Really, I will never shop at Kohl's again just because of the professionalism and courtesy that they lack. They do not hold their customers close, they SHUN them.

There customer service is non existent. I placed an order part of the order was sent to a store 209 miles away from my home????? The rest of the order was shipped to me. The customer service rep was unhelpful and could nor explain the mix up. Also would nor issue a refund, and would not reach out to the store to have them mark item as returned. The second order I placed over two weeks says just in transit. Called kohls and they told me to call ups Wait isnt that the shippers responsiblity. I have had enough All the Kohl's discounts and Kohls dollars in the world could not get me to EVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN. Trust me time is money and being on hold, calling inept customer service reps and receiving the items you paid for is frustrating and a waste if valuable time and effort. Ridiculous. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

I spoke with Kohl’s after I got out of the hospital and fixed my late fee issues then today after already paying Kohl’s tells me I still have a late fee . They are not very honest they do not follow thru and do what they say they will do I set up Kohl’s auto pay with them and now they are telling me it’s not set up. Let me get my card paid off so I don’t have to deal with them anymore!!

They dont send everything you order and when they do it's missing pieces. You have to stay on the phone with them hours. I spend alot of money at kohls, but I'm done. I will go somewhere else.

Way to go Kohl's with your over seas call center. USA?
