I went to pick up an online order and the customer service woman wouldn't give me my purchase! I had a cell phone / email message which stated me or my husband could pick up the order. Just because my husband's name was on the order, I couldn't pickup. We are both listed to pick up. This is the second time this happened. The Lake Pleasant store customer service woman is like a robot...very hard core.

I've had this experience before but it was SO frustrating and wasteful I wanted to document. Ordered camera from Kohl's and to get extra Kohl's cash ordered a small item--earring backs to make the next purchase point. Two hours later, I receive a notice that camera is cancelled because the one that was in store when I ordered was not. 27 minutes with a non-English speaking person on line a camera is found at another city she cannot pronounce--Mesquite-and the order is replaced, but then I am told that I will have to make another call to the original pick-up location to cancel that order or lose it. 5 more minutes. Rep told me initially I could use the same Kohl's cash, but then told me at the end of the conversation, the Kohl's cash I had printed would not work and other would have to be sent. 5 more minutes. Now I get to drive further; now I need to check my bank account to see if the original payment was returned; now I get to reprint the Kohl's cash. Why does Kohl's consider this customer service? I'll sure rethink using Kohl's the next time I have a purchase.

Worst card ever. If u make a payment after 7 on the due date through the automated site, a late fee is incurred. Would not advise anyone to get a Kohl's card after all the late fees I've paid without knowing. It's not indicated on the site about the fee but only that it will be processed the next day. This is not fair to customers who try to make payments on due dates before 12 midnight.

One of the worst eCommerce experiences I have had. I also called customer service and they hung up on me. Kohl’s you need to get this fixed and hire better people! The entire experience was frustrating and after speaking with an incompetent sales associate it made it a very difficult day. Sorry, I was a fan, not so much anymore.

I have been a Kohl's customer for 15 years, have excellent credit and I took great satisfaction in shredding my Kohl's credit card and will never shop at Kohl's again. I shopped on line with Kohl's recently and requested a local store pick up at the Kohl's my area. For some Kohl's reason my order was pulled in California. After discovering this, I called their 1800 #, but could not find a live person, every button I pushed gave me a robot. So I was relegated to an on line chat with a Kohl's rep, who informed me that they could not help me, they are not given the tools to redirect or cancel an order and that I would have to call the store directly in California. 48 hours later, I contacted the Kohl's 1-800 number and spoke with a Kohl's representative and he told me that I would have to call the store in California directly he did not have the means to cancel or redirect my order. I informed him that the Kohl's website only provides the address for the store, he said that I would have to google the stores phone number. What atrocious customer service, next Kohl's will be starting self check out. I am more than happy to shop somewhere else. Kohl's needs to realize that great customer service is for repeat purchase not for profit.

Just came from there, wanting to spend about an hour. Instead, there for 2 hours. They closed my kolhs card right after I called 5 minutes before I came because of bad experience in the past. I almost left the cashier as well as leaving the 800 dollars I wanted to spend. But, I could not leave my kids with no new clothes. I was so mad! NEVER going there EVER again!!! Worst experience ever. Oh, by the way the closed my card so I had to pay with my husbands card. NEVER AGAIN

On line order for home products was terrible. The order was delivered incorrectly 2 times. Clearly a warehouse picker problem. I was refunded and the service line completed without hesitation. I would however caution ordering home products especially in multiples from Kohl's on line.

Ordered my 87 year old Father in law a BIRTHDAY present, they put a charge on my personal bank account then 2 hours later sent me an email saying my order had been CANCELLED for verification purposes, not please call to verify, not call me on the number provided, just CANCELLED... When I called to find it why they said it had been flagged for verification. But WHY CANCELLED???? I will NEVER order or buy from Kohl's again...
