I ordered a tote. But this item was out of stock. So they sent me dish cloths. ( REALLY). Why was I able to order online if this item was out of stock? And why not just refund my money back on my card? I’m expecting an adidas sports tote. Seems like Kohl’s is ok with incompetence .

Worst customer service They lie or just don’t help. My whole order is being sent to my old address no one can do crap about it! I’m being told that once my stuff is returned then I’ll get a refund What makes you think the people your delivering it too are going to return it?!!!! And some of the stuff were Clarence items so more then likely I won’t be able to get them again. Once my card is paid off I’m canceling my card because of the customer service Alone.

I had problems with the Spanish customer service. I am guessing they are from the south or central America. I hope I'll never have to deal with them again because they don't understand what we are saying. Very confusing. kohl's has an unlimited return policy but every time I try to return they give all kind of excuses. Most of the people work at the customer service have bad attitude problems, I am tired of dealing with these people. I am going to change the store. Also when the ship the items, they never pack good even glass items. I've received many items broken.

Worst experience ever. Buyer beware! Their website will scam you and rip you off!! Customer service in Dominican Republic is a joke. Shopped here for 20 years. Never again!

Bad Customer Service... I moved changed my address on my portal online and still received my bill at my old address. I had to call and basically had to jump through hoops to have it changed. 3 times they needed my account number, last 4 of my social, name, number. PLUS they had to text me a code that I had to pay for the text. I asked to speak a manager and she would NOT get on the phone. I can't believe I get my order delivered to my new address but can't get my billing address changed. I guess that's what happens when you spend a good amount of money online monthly. Seriously customer service go and get some training because you do not do a great job at servicing your customers. Kohl's you have gone down hill and you just do not care. I would have not given them even 1 star but they would not let me leave it blank.

I was reported to a credit bureau after ONE missed payment, for a bill I never received, even after I spoke with them TWICE on the phone to resolve it. I've been a customer there for years and have spent thousands... it was a completely stupid way to lose a customer. Customer support happily closed my account, no remorse, no apologies. "Is there anything else I can help you with today?" Absolutely vile. My credit score has dropped from "excellent" to "good" as a consequence of this.

I ordered $457 dollars worth of items from Kohls online. I checked out and it stated $90 in kohls cash to use. I went to use my Kohl's cash from the separate email they send stated $20. I spoke with someone...oooh yes we will fix the issue, few days later I email chat with someone and said the same thing. Well two weeks later...I get someone saying I didn't order on the day of the promotion. It said my order went through at 12:05am....Mind you I placed the order around 11am and even if so...really 5 whole minutes. Then they said it is computer generated and can't be fixed or incorrect. So I guess computers never make mistakes...so then they are basically are telling me...Kohls scams people on purpose...when it could have been a computer issue. I am returning ever item, which sucks because I had another $500 to spend today and you would think that would have been worth the extra $70 in Kohls cash.

Online service to change information on credit card , WASTE of time , faulty technology. I should have not been surprised when I went to the Medina store in-person with my credentials that the “ customer service “ counter could not change my address or give me a balance on my account ..? I can call Kohls foreign call center and have someone who is half way around the world change my address but can not change it in person at a store thirty minutes from my new home ... checked everywhere , no corporate email ... so Kohls doesn’t care ... I can have items shipped to my new address but can’t change my address online or in person . Guess I’m calling to speak to “bob” and change my address , get my balance and then CLOSE my account ! Far to many places in this world to shop , you had me fooled with Kohls cash and the bottom of my receipt showing I saved 300 dollars ... I could handle being a fool on that , but sending American shoppers to deal with foreign call centers ... no thanks , I’ll shop at places that give Americans jobs!
