I had signed up for paperless bills and Kohl's never sent the bill to my email, then sent me to collections for a small balance I completely forgot about because I hardly ever use the credit card, I used it for the discount. They did however send me a "collection" email after they destroyed my credit by sending me to a collections agency. Once I received the collection email which was flagged in my in-box I immediately paid the balance. If I had received any bills I would have paid it immediately. I need to refinance my house and get a car, now I have to wait for my credit to go back up from the 40+ points it dropped. I am cutting my credit card and will NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!!! They want to screw you and they don't care...I called and the customer service reps aren't helpful. This place is super sketchy the way they run things. Thanks a lot Kohl's, I am spreading the word to everyone...DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I just cancelled my credit card. I am so tired of click-bait coupons, spending time to make sure I am getting the best price, as I did this morning for over an hour only to find out that a certain coupon could not be used. Then it took 10 to get through to an agent and was told it was too late to cancel my order? Called again and insisted it be cancelled. This store is a scam. Prices change constantly. I don't have the time to play their games. No longer a customer!!!!

Worst management ever because a simple issue could not be solved. The manager had no skills at customer service or problem solving. Will not go back ever. Such a simple thing. They would rather upset a customer than to do the fair and right thing. Goodness. Please take your dollars somewhere else. JJ

Tried to spend $70 of Kohls cash. After I placed the order they canceled due to out of stock. Then I don't get an item but I also don't get the Kohl's cash back because it was a guest check out. THey promise to send an eamil within a week, It never happens. Call them again, they suggest to wait more. It is just a horrible waste of time. When I ask for another product instead they can't help because their system is no letting them do it

Kohls has gone downhill over the years. I used to shop there for everything until was treated terribly at the Fayetteville, NC by some manager. I tried complaining to the kohls customer service until I was transferred for the third time that I figured it doesn't matter at this point. They don't care about people anymore, they just want whatever money they can get from you. I tried an online order and they changed the address of my delivery, so it was returned to them. I called and they said that they could re-do my order. re-did it and said the billing will adjust in 8 days. a month later I call them because I have a payment due when in reality I overpaid them on the last order so they owe me money. Customer Service said that they did the change and to wait another 8 days and then to call back. Is it really my job to call them back and make sure they fix their mess up??? I am soooooo frustrated with them. Won't be shopping there anymore. Thank you so much kohls.

Ordered pants for my husband to be delivered to my address in Mesa, Az. There system automatically sent it to Alamogordo, NM in my daughter's name (she hasn't lived there in like 6 yrs). I did order a dollhouse years ago & the system put that address as primary.. Kohls said it's my fault, the package was delivered. That address never showed up on the screen.

Absolutely the worst on line shopping experience. Slow delivery, high prices. Have waited a month for a delivery and kohls refuses to refund my money because the items have not been returned to them. Inflexible policies. Bought the same item on Amazon. Cheaper. Delivered in 2 days. Will never ever use kohls.com agsin.

No return shipping for online purchases. Have to pay for your return even if the clothes are defective. In this day and age, this is ridiculous.
