The worst store to buy anything! Ironically I used to love them but recently they changed everything and the customer service it’s a joke don’t waste your time ! The quality of products it’s deplorable the same items I got a couple years ago or same brand name now it’s different ! Bad bad quality and fit , bad customer service and lies of refunds ! It’s another store that needs to close and stop ripping people off ,,,

WILL BE CANCELLING WITH YOU AND FILING AGAINST YOU (Kohls) AND FEDEX ALL OVER THE INTERNET!! BOX BEAT UP!! PACKAGE CLEARLY THROWN AT LEAST ONCE! NOT DELIVERED IN CLEARLY MARKED DELIVERY LOCATION OR EVEN A SECURE LOCATION! CLEARLY JUST TOSSED INTO THE MIDDLE OF OUR PARKING AREA BLOCKING PARKING AND OUT TO BE DESTROYED BY WEATHER OR STOLEN!! 0 STARS, AGAIN...SEEMS TO ALWAYS HAPPEN WHEN YOU SHIP WITH FEDEX!!

I used to like Kohl's, for some unknown reason, I couldn't get there new Kohl's card, I tried applying twice, with nothing, paid my bill ontime and finally paid it off, what's going on over there is nonsense, then I still get mail from them, for discounts, with a Kohl's card. 0 stars

I ordered 6 shirts online and 2 was sent to the store and 4 is suppose to be sent to my house. Two was sent to the store in two different days and I had to go and pick them up. Then the order that was suppose to come to my house has not been shipped yet and then they sent me an email saying one of the shirts was sent to the store! When I called the store the lady said she couldn;t do anything with the online orders except tell me they will be sending to me but don't know when and it could be sent in 3 or 4 shipments! What a night mare!! I will never shop at Kolh's again I don't care if they are giving out $50.00 discounts!! They are extremely unprofessional!!

Very disappointed at Boardman,Ohio store 44512. The store is a disorganized mess like some bargain basement shop with odd pieces of clothing and sizes. Newer items are mixed with clearance and the racks are not sorted by size. It used to be one of my favorite places to shop but it's gone downhill now. Also a new buyer is needed. Mostly unattractive clothing, the petite department was awful. It seems there is lack of leadership and talent across the board. The store won't survive like this

I went to Kohl’s in Roanoke, VA on Monday, 9/1 to return an item and the refunded amount was less than what I paid for the item. The cashier called the manager, Jeremy, to explain the discrepancy. Jeremy was rude and condescending when explaining the matter as if I didn’t understand his explanation. If Kohl’s promotes someone to be a manager, the least they should do is to teach them how to properly speak to a customer and avoid being rude. That should be the basic requirement for any employee, especially a manager. This experience makes me not want to shop at Kohl’s again.

I visited Kohls and after i got home i realized i was charged 2 times for same item. When i returned to be reimbursed for their mistake. The employee called mgr and mgr told me she will reimburse this time. I asked her what this meant because it was their mistake. She went on to say we need to check the video. I told her it was no problem that she could do this. She told me that it takes days. I told her no problem i can wait but she continued to give me my funds back. The girl was so unfriendly and looked at me and made me feel as if I was trying to get over on them. So far from the truth and I feel she could of said she was sorry. Instead I walked out feeling like I was accused of being a thief. I am a senior citizen and work hard for my money and in all my years had no desire to lie about something that i know i was right. I am never visiting Kohls and my family will not shop there.

Kline ordering is a joke. I made an order on the 25. Then an order on the 29. The order on the 25 is still setting in fulfillment nothing has changed from the day I did order. Receive order is sept 2 to the 5. At this point everything I ordered is out of stock. Yet no answers if it even getting filled. Let alone they charged my credit card Yet I can’t do anything till after the 5. Clearly it needs sometime in shipping yet they keep saying the can not do anything till after the 5. M card is now maxed out so before going out of stock. I couldn’t even rebuy anything. Sale ends in the 2 My order from the 29 th has already shipped 25 things out ordered. Will also be delivered n The second. Thank along to customer service is a joke! They have not one answer how if everything is out of stock can I even receive anything. After this lesson learnt. I will order from Amazon. Then getting my order within a day or to. With No hassle My credit card. I will just pay off and no longer keeping a Kohl’s charge card. Also online ordering is 50% higher than in store. Good luck to everyone. But I don’t have the time to deal with a company that doesn’t care about a customer. Sales or no sales. Peace out Kohl’s.
