Kohl’s has the worst customer service. Their policy is you can not change an item after 30 minutes of ordering. Their solution to this is that you reject the item when it is being delivered. This is providing you are home when it is delivered! The. They will refund your money minus the shipping. If I know within an hour I need to change an order, I can’t and should have to incur the shipping charges?! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Never shopping Kohl’s again!

In the deals section Kohl's advertised Amazon Echo (2nd Gen) Smart Speaker with Alexa 2 for $79.98 I ordered it the same day. I was a clear case of Bait and Switch. they never had stock and wanted you to buy the same unit for $149.98 each. when called 3 times i got 3 different stories and would not honer the advertised price.

After what I’ve experienced this week with Kohl’s I will be contacting my state’s Attorney Generals office and filing a consumer complaint against them through the AGs Office. I advise everyone else to do so as well. I hope many of you see this comment. This store is exercising consumer fraud and it needs to come to a stop. Whenever I do finally receive my purchases that I have already paid for, paid for 2 day shipping on, and apparently I’m not going to be receiving it YESTERDAY like I was supposed to, it will be next week, well after the event that I ordered it for. Not to mention being told that they will not refund me, I am going to have to take the items to a store. So I guess I will get to experience what some of the earlier reviews have and will have to fight with them trying to get my money back. I will never shop here again. VERY UPSET, FRUSTRATED, AND OUT OF TIME TO SHOP!!!!

Was waiting in line for a very short time with my youngster in the stroller, the cashier Sara was very nice and helping a young man in front of me, she had to call for assistance and all of a sudden three employees one named Ilda came running from the other direction yelling at her not to say a name over the intercom- and caused a rather awkward moment, as the other two ladies also came over like "whats going on why are you paging someone" -as well as being rude to the young man who was checking out- it was way too intense of a reaction for the situation. I was so stressed by the body language and rudeness of the other employees who were not at check out line to even ring anyone up, if that is the way they treat their own employee and customer I would rather spend my money in a more cheerful environment.

Ordered 2 skorts in size 6 on line. (Had already bought one at the store, same brand, style number and size.) Web site would not allow me to use ship to store for free shipping. They arrived and my wife tried them on and they were way too big. (Either they were sized incorrectly or the one from the store was) Returned them to the store and they refused to refund my shipping costs of $9.00. I wish I had read the reviews here before I submitted the order. NO MORE SHOPPING ON KOHL'S ON-LINE FOR US!

I made an online order and they charged my card but the order stayed cancelled. And now they are not refunding the amount saying that they have not charged. When I checked my account the amount was deducted. When I contacted the customer care they are not even understanding what am I saying. They say that they have refunded when my bank account does not show it. Bunch of incapable people sitting in the customer care bench. They just say what they taught about and not seeing what is happening I contacted the bank and bank is asking for a confirmation from Kohls on the refund made so that I can get the amount back, but Kohls is not giving that as well

Do not try to order anything online from Kohl’s to be shipped to you!!! I just spent two days and over five hours on the phone, and still couldn’t get the order processed, and nobody can tell me any reason why, just that they can’t verify with some four digit code. ???? so there’s nothing they can do for me, they flat out said, “ you can’t order from us, period, no way around it” ....yet I ordered 20 things from Amazon today with my same bank account with no problem. Kohl’s online is absolutely the most useless website I’ve ever seen!!! Save yourself the time and headache and shop elsewhere.

Have ordered twice and both times after verifying the correct shipping address, it defaulted to a store in another state. I was unable to cancel the order over the phone or with either store. This has been the biggest hassle. I'll never use it again. Still trying to cancel the order.
