The kohl’s in Boardman, Ohio stuck I was trying to find a pair of shoes the man didn’t want to help like he was irritated. I go to check out the girl had no idea what was going on I had to go in check prices myself and kohl’s don’t even price match off their own site I won’t be back there. Thank goodness I had a coupon or I wouldn’t got anything.

Kohls will not accept my gift cards for purchases if I try to use my coupons! They will not respond to my complaint either. I am no longer shopping there. This use to be my all time favorite store. If my gift cards are not as good as cash, than I will not have family & friends buy them for me any more. Coupon restrictions are self defeating for the store. I will also let my friends know I am highly disappointed.

i like shopping at kohls...however...the one on forest ave in staten island really needs work...their workers are very nasty when you ask for their help...the shoe dept is a disaster...i found a pair of flats that had dog or cat hair all over them and boxes with no shoes in them..i will most likely just purchase online orders from now on until some changes are made!!!!

I would not give any stars at all if I could. I placed an order online, soon realizing my address only updated on the billing and not shipping. I called kohl’s, however you only have maybe a 30 minute window to cancel a package. They suggested I call UPS and or my previous residence. I did both. Ups stated they couldn’t help me, and my previous residence never got the packages in the office and did not want to involve the new tenants. So now I am out my packages and a little over $100. Kohl’s stated that they could not refund me or send me a new package. So be very careful ordering online.

Sorry store. Tried to purchase jewelery, Kohl's wants more than legit jewelery stores. Bought a Vera Wang caftan, followed laundry instructions, damn thing has a thousand dirt balls on it! Purchased a Vera Wang handbag, leather is peeling! Paid Kohl's bill, left a small amt due on it to boost credit. They decided to charge interest"just because", even tho no interest qualified. Glad their stores are closing. They sell JUNK!! Good riddance!!!!

They had a bunch of stuffed animals in a pile for four 5 dollars, but they charge me 9 dollars for two stuffed animals that where attached together.

I shopped at the Kohl's store in Fort Smith Arkansas on August 30th. I am 73 years old and a disabled person and it's painful for me to walk far. I was near the exit line of the checkouts there was absolutely no one in line to be checked out so I was standing about 10 feet from the cashier so I pushed my buggy over and she would not check me out and told me that I had entered through the exit line and that I needed to exit go to the beginning of the line and then come to her register I pointed out there was no one in line and informed her that I was handicapped and it was painful to walk and she told me I needed to follow the rules and that it did not matter that no one else was in line. There was a cashier at the next register doing nothing so I went over there and ask to speak to a store manager she said she was a store manager I started explaining the situation to her and in the meantime a lady had came up to the register to be checked out by the first Clerk and she turned around and told me I was lying. I felt soda valued as a human being that it was a very devastating emotional experience for me and I informed the manager that I had worked in customer service for years and would never have treated anyone this way and that perhaps the first cashier needed some further training and if she disliked working in the public perhaps you should get another job. No apology from either one of them all the store manager said was this is not the time or place. Well I didn't expect her to cause a big scene she should have said I will certainly take care of this. Call the corporate office no results finally the store manager called me he listen to me and did not apologize until I said up to this point I have never gotten an apology so he told me he was sorry for my experience and that was the end of it except he told me that when I was in the store again and had a problem to ask for him I am formed him I would never shop Kohls again. Save your money go somewhere else and you can probably get better prices and be treated much better. I can understand why so many department stores are going out of business and people are ordering online and having it delivered to their door thus bypassing rude Clerks and uncaring managers

Kohl's customer service stinks, they scam you with their Kohl's cash, discounts and more. They actually have caused a transaction of mine to disappear and it no longer shows. Their store at Eden Prairie, MN is the worst of any store in our Country. Kohl's does anything they can do to take your money, woo you with Kohl's cash which takes all away if you return a product, all without giving you quality..... such as the shirts I purchased a couple month ago, they do not have seams helping to match the stripes. Their shirts look rumpled after a wash and carefully dried. Watch many of your purchases look ruined if you wash and dry in your machines. Kohl's is off my list, but only until I get the money they owe me, which they took away. The cust. serv. number has people who only see a screen and know nothing of the way the CC accounts are operated, and many are foreigners. All they know how to do is look at a screen. The store managers only repeat the Kohl's mantra of, this is what the screen says, "there is nothing I can do." The bank that handles their charges is the worse scam bank in the whole country, and very recently has had the worst scam ever. Beware of your charge account because of that worst bank scam. Check it out. That bank very recently had millions of CC customer accounts hacked from all across the country. Their is no way to get a phone number of their corporate which is in Menomonie, WI, and their cust serv. headquarters is in Milwaukee, WI. Even the cust serv. headquarters does not know what they are doing. The BBB is no help, the store is no help, the FTC is no help, so then, are we as a customer only left to get a lawyer? I will continue telling the world of the bad experiences which I have had and what terrible things Kohl's does. So you all, help broadcast to the world of the bad reports about Kohl's, their bad business operations and their terrible company.
