Order cancelled 2 times without reason : I had never seen such a worst response anywhere else. I placed the order two times and the order got cancelled and they kept me waiting for 1 hour telling that the order won’t be cancelled. My 100$ got deducted from my gift card and they are telling it might take 48 hours or even 7 days to get my money back. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with the response.

I was shopping on Friday for bracelets, I had 3 bracelets in my bag, but didn't check out because my daughter was still sending pics of earrings she would like. My total in the bag after my discounts were applied was about $167.00 for 3 bracelets. I opened my bag this morning, and my total was well over $350 and all the bracelets had doubled in price, because they were now BOGO half off. Please the sterling silver bracelets didn't turn gold over the weekend. I will not be shopping at Kohl's any longer.

Kohls lost prevention is a piece of crap boy thinks he is a cop Johnny were he got fired from home depot cause of thinking he was a cop he is a jerk lancaster pa store like worry bout the whites in your store o not to mention he wants ti be bout the law were he use to be my neighbor and smoked weed with me when i first moved in also does coke what a great man lol

I will never shop at Kohl’s again. Horrible customer service, never felt like a valued customer after spending thousands of dollars there over many years and using their credit card as well.

After being a very, VERY good customer (spending 100's to thousands of dollars) yearly with Kohl's, we are officially DONE!!!!! I shop in store and online, sometime weekly - after NOT receiving item that were CHARGED to my account immediately and the items still sitting at the warehouse - not going to be shipped to me. I'm offered after more that 1 call a refund????? Told I will have to wait 7-10 days for the refund to apply to my account!?!??? Seriously????? Oh but, I can go reorder the same items - if I wish??????? Poor customer service and loss of business. Our accounts will be closed and will never spend another dime with this company.

If you want something from Kohl's go to the store because the free shipping is a joke. Ordered some stuff on Sept 6th and went ahead and ordered the $75 to get free shipping and its Sept 18th and it's still in fulfillment status and hasn't even left the store yet. I could have driven to the store 100 times by now. DONE with Kohl's

I am so tired of Kohl's and today when I called customer service it was the icing on the cake!!!! Let me start from 3 weeks ago, I made purchases that came over a week after the expected arrival date. You have to pay for shipping so therefore you expect better service. They went as far as sending me an email confirmation with a false tracking number when in fact they never shipped the products out until after I called them wondering where my order was and informing them that the tracking numbers they emailed me were non existant. Prior to that I had recieved good service so I tried to let it go. Then I decided to get a credit increase on my Kohl's charge card since Christmas is coming thinking I would do alot of my shopping through Kohl's for Christmas, but they want to re-run my credit which knocks your credit score down several points. I think that is absolutely obscured. They can clearly look at my payment history seeing I make my purchases and pay off my card in full every month prior to it's due date and that to me should be enough, they shouldn't have to pull your credit knocking your credit score down. So this old lady is DONE shopping at Kohl's or doing business with them at all. I am cutting my Kohl's charge card up and will never do business with them again, just like 12 yrs ago when I found out Target was not an American Company I quit doing business with them. And when my son was deployed in Afghanistan and I found out Starbucks doesn't support their troops, I stopped doing any business with them. Now I am also boycotting Kohl's from my household and in my family and circle. No wonder their stocks are dropping in price, if you can't maintain positive customer service, you cannot make a lucrative business, eventually not caring about your customers will catch up with you. Goodbye Kohl's!!!

Worst experience for online shopping. I will never use Kohl's online shopping.
