I made an online purchase for a snack tray. I made an error when inputting my credit card information. When, I corrected the information I accidentally ordered an additional tray. One is being shipped to the store the other to my home. I immediately called the customer service number and was advised there is no way this order can be corrected or change. This is the last time I will ever shop at Kohl's!!!!

I love Kohl's, but... I ordered 3 gaming chairs for my kid's for Christmas the other day. They arrived on my front porch today in their own boxes- pictures and all! My kids got off the bus and surprise! Christmas surprise ruined! Come on, Kohl's!!! At holiday time everything should be in a brown box!!

Terrible bussiness. I placed an order on Friday 11/29/19. The order was only partially filled. They cancelled one of the items b/c it was not in stock but did not notify me. They then proceed to tell me today 12/4 that they can not honor that price since it was last week (when I placed the order). They didn't place it on back order, they just cancelled without any notification. I then had to spend 1 1/2 hrs on the phone to tell me they didn't really care, they coulnd't honor the price and they didn't know why I wasn't notified! Crappy

I have been using Kohl's credit card for over 20 years. I have always paid my bill. I switched to paperless billing in October. I did not get my November bill. I did not pay my $160 bill. I was charged $27.00 for a late fee. I immediately paid the bill in full. When I asked to have the late fee taken off they said they could not do it. I paid it and too bad. I am no longer a Kohls customer. I canceled my credit card. I heard a few months ago that Kohls is really hurting. I decided then that I would do most of my Christmas shopping there. Well not anymore!

They cut my credit line in half even though I paid them off!

Canceled my card for no reason. Customer service is awful. Ordered online from a different retailer and will never purchase anything from here again.

Horrible place. I ordered a ps4 at 1am in black Friday, all weekend they said it was on the way just for Monday at 4am they cancelled my order cause they gave it to someone else. What is the point of having an online sale if you dont get it even after you pay for it. Then I called got a credit but the credit you can only get certain stuff with so I went threw and got what I had to went to call and order it cause that's the only way I could get my credit, then on my screen it said i owed 80.80 I had a 80$credit but they say I owe 20$...how? That's how they get you. 3 times I called and talked to the supervisor and still all the did was argue with me about it. They screwed me in more ways than one. Now my 10 year old son wont get his ps4 for Christmas and that's all he wanted. All cause they sold my item I paid for already to someone else. Worst place ever!! If I could do negative stars I would.

I ordered a PlayStation 4 online on Thanksgiving and 2 other items. Received the 2 items and Kohl’s canceled the PlayStation and still charged my card. Never notified me that my item was canceled. I called and they said it will take 7 days to refund the amount and said the PlayStation is no longer available. Worst customer service ever!!! No longer shopping at Kohl’s!! I hope they go out of business.
