My husband is tall and has long arms. Not abnormally long, but too long for a normal large long sleeved shirt. Especially in flannel. I saw my neighbor standing outside and he had on a new flannel shirt and I asked him where he got it from. He is tall with very long arms too. He said Kohl's is the store his wife gets all of his clothes from. Well, two taps later on the computer and there it is. An entire world of Big and Tall clothes from long sleeved T-shirts to long legged flannel P.J.s. Kohl's carries many brands of big and tall so there is a huge selection. The website even has a sizing strategy so I was able to select the proper sizes. Long story short, everything I ordered fit as expected and was of good quality and workmanship. Everything has been washed many, many times and all are long armed or long legged as ordered. You can't beat free shipping either. I highly recommend this store online to everyone.

I was truly impressed today by Kohls.com customer service. I had placed an online order and wanted to exchange some of the items for a different size. I called kohls.com customer service and the associate who helped me was very courteous, polite and smart. He could place another order for me with price match in the sizes that I wanted without any hassle. When I got an email about the order, I realized that he ordered one of the items in the wrong size. Even though he made a mistake, I am still super happy with kohls because I called again and another person could help me with cancelling that order and placing it again with the correct sizes, again without any hassle. I am not deducting any stars for the mistake that one associate made because we all are humans and we all make mistakes. It is about you handle that mistake and how courteous you are to the customer. Very impressed that Kohls has got it right!

I had a pair of converse only for like 2 months. They totaly just fell apart. Very quickly. I went to the store and they exchanged them for a new pair. Couldn't believe it. Thank you so much

I went to the location near the Woodland mall in Kentwood Michigan, and received excellent service by Stephanie in the shoe department. Even though it was busy in the store.

Last minute business trip to Midland, Texas. Accidentally left a suitcase back in Dallas. The suitcase had all my unmentionables and some long sleeve tops. I was online and saw That Khols was having a super sale. So I decided to head over. I am so glad Kohls was right by my hotel.It was almost closing time and I didn't have much time to shop. That'a when I flagged Stephanie ( sales associate ) down. She was so pleasant and friendly, did I mention Knowledgeable. She knew that store inside out. She helped me shop and made some great suggestions. Definitely manger material. If it weren't for her experience and knowledge of the products. There is no way I would have been able to purchase all the items in that short amount t of time, that I had to shop. Not only did she say help me shop. She also checked me out promptly and in a timely manner. She also saved me like 30% off my total bill. She was just a delight. Well groomed, well spoken overall just a very nice you lady. I live in Dallas, but visit midland often. I will definitely come back to this store!

I ordered an agile babysafe travel pak & some other minor things. Kohls had a good price on the travel pak, plus they were running discounts at the time in addition. Everything went smoothly. I got my order promptly and everything arrived in good shape.
