Great online experience here in Vegas. Got all my orders on time. Despite getting hurt in your store 3 months ago and not even a follow up I like the deals and have yet had any issues with things I have purchased. Spent over 1,000 on line and then went to the store for the great deals on Jewelery. Kohls was the only store shopped on line for me this year. Shopping online also allows me to enjoy time with the family

I ordered a tie on July 8 to pick up in the store the next day. My card was immediately charged for the tie. The next day I got an email saying the tie was no longer available and my card had not been charged. Not only was I charged, but now it's July 11 and I still have not been credited for this purchase. Never again will I purchase from Kohls.

I love shopping online at Kohls.com. There are so many more items available online than there are in the stores. The other night, I needed to return three tops that did not fit correctly. The arm holes were way too big. I was given a credit merchandise card. When I got home, I scratched off the pin number. Well, to my surprise, there was no pin number on the card. I phoned customer service and was able to give my order by phone and the credit was applied to my order. The customer service representative was very kind and understanding. These things always seem to happen to me. I am very happy that I did not lose my $17.57 credit. They actually rounded up the credit to $18.00. I was also given back my $15.00 in Yes To You Rewards for my order. I am very thankful that I was able to resolve this issue without any problems. I would highly recommend shopping at Kohl's or Kohls.com. I always wait until there is a sale and a coupon, which adds more to my savings. Enjoy shopping. Take care:)

I went into Kohl's with my daughter who hates to shop. She needed a new outfit for a family gathering and I needed a new sweater. We started our search and walked around the store looking for what her and I would like. My daughter found of outfit and even a pair of shoes within 15 minutes. I on the other hand kept looking for the perfect sweater, I must looked on every rack (or so I thought), I happened to ask a sales associate (Christina) if she could help me find a long black sweater that was lightweight with no fringe on the bottom. Christina helped me find the perfect sweater. She didn't stop looking with me until I found it, all with a smile on her face. Thank you Kohl's for hiring such caring, experienced and helpful associates. This was at Store 0278 Granted Run Mall, Media, PA
