Horrible online customer service On top of making you wait for your orders like they are shipping from Alaska they are always screwing up the orders ,You call and they give you more BS over phone like its your fault, and they claim products they sale In store can't be seen in their inventory the Reps really suck big Donkey Ducks they think the whole world is gullible.

I ordered an item to give to my friend as a present since he lives out of the country. I ordered online since I don't have time to go to the store. I waited for a week checking my order everyday to make sure everything is ok with it. Never got updates and all of the sudden after a week of ordering (one day before my friend live) I received an email stating that my order had changed because the item was out of stock...why didn't they send an earlier update so I had time to find the item at another store? Why was I able to place my order with no problem if they did not have the item available? Is it them making preference to "some customers"? Customer service had no answers for me. I am an active online shopper with Kohls. After this experience I don't think that will continue. I strongly recommend to reconsider if you are thinking about online buying with Kohls. They won't help if there are any issues

Called to make a payment over the phone for my credit card. Gave them a ton of info including my last 4 social and address and phone number, made my payment and realized I can't find my credit card. So I wanted to cancel. The rep was VERY rude, but complied. I then asked to order a new one. He told me id need a 1 time verification code sent to my phone. I told him I no longer have that number unfortunately. He got snippy. I am mad at this point because why after having ALL THAT OTHER INFO ALREADY do I need a code sent to my phone for verification?? I gave him the new number and he snarkily said it didn't work. So I got mad and said for Fs sake why after ive given you all that info why do you need more? He actually chastised me for "cursing on a recorded line" and told me not to do that. Who are you to tell me what I can and cannot say? So i told him that I'm literally calling him on the number I gave him. How is it not working? He said its just not. I told him I want him to really help me or i can hang up. He TOLD ME TO HANG UP. What the heck..? Once I'm done with my balance I'm closing my account. Worst customer service EVER

I ordered 2 sets of chairs (2 chairs per set) 11/28. Only one set was received (which I returned since I didn't have the four I needed). I have been on the phone twice. Kohls.com is a waste. No one will let me speak to a manager. It is mid January, still don't have the credit.for the item never received. It still says in transit, I don't want it, it is inflating my bill resulting in more monthly payments and no help. I was loyal, not so much anymore!!

If Kohl's wants to stay in business they better fix their terrible site

Can it be ZERO stars. Worst website and customer service ever. Kohl’s should send their people to train at Walmart. I have gift cards I tried to use online but you still have to have a credit card to even use a gift card. I wanted to order online but when that wouldn’t work I spent an hour on the phone. Still didn’t get the order done. Worst shopping experience ever since the last time I tried to shop online at Kohl’s.

Received only half of my order and tried going on kohl’s.com to find someone who could help me. But all they have is a robot. The missing items were a gift for my mom .

They have a return line and an online pick up line I was there for an online pick up and yet the cashier Karen kept asking who’s next when there’s 10 people in the return line and I’m the only one standing there in the online pick up line. No point in ordering online when you would’ve spent the same amount of time buying it at the store will probably not do anymore online orders by Kohl’s
