I use to love shopping at Kohl's. I always found many great deals. Over the past few years the selection in the stores are horrible. I can NEVER find anything in my size, especially jeans! The only handle average or tall, NEVER short. I try have tried to order them online and OF COURSE they don't have the style I like in my size either. Then is they do, I have to pay $10 for shipping unless I purchase $75 worth of items. I'm sure this review will go no where and the store will not change but you are going to lose customers if you don't put a variety of sizes in the stores.

The kohls customer service agent straight up lied to my husband, when my husband asked her if his payment on his charge card was cancelled on her end, she said YES!!!!! He did cancel that payment that was due to go through on his charge card that day, before business hours, in the wee hours of that morning. This was on friday, (the day the payment was due) he cancelled before 5am. On Monday he called the business center to make sure that the payment on his charge card was cancelled on their end, Of course that broad of a CSR told him YES IT IS!!! Come Tuesday morning when my husband checked our bank account activity online, GUESS WHAT!!!! That payment went through and overdrew our bank account!!!!!! So, the moral of this story here is to NEVER EVER TRUST THESE CALL CENTER CSRS!!!! They DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOBS!!!!

I am truly upset with the customer service today with Kohl’s my mother in law calls in to unlock the account for certain reasons. But this customer service agent was so rude to her knowing she’s older and doesn’t know much about the technology you can hear the agent laughing at her and then telling her I’m glad this is all being recorded because she doesn't know how to do call waiting and couldn’t deal with her phone as she was instructed they have no patience at all. Honestly she’s a loyal customer she does all her shopping at kohl’s and you guys treat her like this it’s really messed up you should train your agents better because of one agent she’s going to close her kohl’s account.

Delivery aren't on time I got a order that was surpost to be delivered today not here an NOT IMPRESSED. Think it's time to close account I'm a new custumer an not a happy one.

I bought a ninja grill from Kohl’s at what I thought was a special price. Came home to watch an infomercial for the same product with many many more options at a lesser price and a better warranty called Kohl’s was basically told to bad we can’t do anything about it. And i was left on hold for 45 minutes when I tried to find a reason as to why it was so unfair.

I must share an awful experience with Kohl’s. I had a $15 charge for my February bill. I paid the bill not only on time, but early, and in return they robbed me of $16 for a late fee and interest charge because they said the payment was rejected...from an account that managed to go through when they took double for the late fee and interest! Hmmmmmmmm I have paperless billing, but they sent a letter notifying me of the payment issue 4 days later through the U.S. mail so there was no chance I’d get it before the due date...wouldn’t you think an email would be the way to communicate for a paperless account??? And why a confirmation code for the payment if it was an “invalid account number”? They couldn't answer any of that and couldn’t waive the fee, but would credit it to my account later if they decided it was appropriate. As I will never shop at Kohl’s again and closed the account, a credit does me no good! Beware of Kohl’s and their SCAMMING billing processes!!

I ordered some items online that where well over 50.00. I never received my Kolhs cash finally called customer service just for them to tell me that my order fell on an NO earning grace period. I never got an email or phone call telling me these days are considered No earning days. Very misleading

I have been a Khols customer long enough that I am a MVC. I tried to return a tablet which they do not sale in the store only online. I got it at Christmas time and it just stopped working. The customer service for the Khols Corporate office would not help me. I understand if buying something at any time. But this was a Christmas gift and you buy ahead of time so that your loved ones can open them on Christmas. There needs to be a policy longer then 30 days for electronics because this tablet has not even been used for 30 days and it has already stopped working. As a Khols customer i was trusting in the product that I bought from your company. I should not be expected to have to call the maker of that product to make good on it. Khols company should be making good on it. This tablet was not abused and I don"t cheat people and do not want to be cheated. So to the corporate office of Khols I will pay off my bill but I will not be buying anything else from Khols.
