Purchased a suit jacket and paid by debit. Informed cashier that if it doesn't fit my husband i would have to bring it back. Told her that i was going to do debit instead of credit and she said i would get the cash back if i brought it back. I made it very clear that the card i was using was like a gift card and you cant return money on it. She said use your pin and you will get cash back. 3 days later retuned item all tags were on item had my receipt and it stated debit on it. The lady returned money back to card which would not work and she said she was unable to give my money back and she would have to issue me a corporate refund check. Which take over a week. Ticked off. 1st and last time shopping with kohls

Kohl’s has the worst customer service. I ordered a package worth 190$ that went to the wrong address. I recently moved and changed the address on the app. It was late when I made the order and the app didn’t refresh when I changed it to my new address. I called customer service and talked to a man named Edward. They did nothing to help me. I am to deal with it through the people the package got delivered to and Ups. Never have I dealt with a company this incompetent in customer service.

I placed an order online. I changed my address on my order without realizing it needed to be changed twice. Unfortunately the website is not clear on that part. I called the next morning when I realized the address had not been changed. My order was still sitting in the warehouse with no tracking number but the customer service refused to change the address which would have taken a few minutes. I know this since I am in customer service and supply chain and have done it myself. Now I am out $43 and no order. I have no product to return. It's probably been 5 years since I shopped at Kohls and I will never shop there again. No wonder Kohls is having business problems!

first time I shop at that store and it will be the last :( I bought some curtains almost 100 USD and I never received it.... try to talk to customer service and it's horrible and it's not fair to say in the tracking number that it was delivered :( then i lost my money and never receive anything.... Before buying I should have read the reviews ... so I would have prevented that from happening to me because I see it has a lot of bad reviews :(

If I could give zero reviews I would, I returned an item over a month ago and never received a refund. I have called over and over with no results, I will never shop at Kohl’s again and I hope they go out of business.

Shipping is NOT AWESOME IT'S HORRIBLE. When u track it, u will see it sits for days at whatever facility. My 10 item order was split into 3 separate orders. 1 order was in the town next to me for 3 days, like I'm talking 5 mins away & it just was sitting. Last order was pushed back 2x's, it was in my state even & then another state..what the what?!?!?! & I was told I had to wait 3 more days for it. And again I say what the what?!?!? Get it together. Last time I order from them!!!!

It is literally nearly impossible to obtain customer service support via phone or online chat. Today, 3 weeks after purchasing a Cusinart coffeemaker that has 12-cup and single serve features, the single cup feature does not work (the first time I tried that part of the machine). I have no box to return the item, since I have been using the coffeemaker, so I tried to contact Kohls to ask what to do. I waited on the phone and simultaneously for an online chat rep for 15 minutes. Finally, the phone simply transferred me to a survey, as if I had been helped. And the chat wait time, after diminishing to a few seconds left to chat, suddenly refreshed and said one hour and 45 minutes wait. Exasperated. This is how I felt the last two times I have contacted them (rewards and charge accounts are still separate yet I cannot get an answer to why and my account has to be reset every time I try to log into the rewards site). I have been a Kohls customer for 18 years(!), and I pay my account IN FULL every time I charge and receive a statement. I feel I need to cancel my Kohls account, because both their technology and support for customer service are woefully lacking. Frustrated and annoyed...again!

I ordered a set of cookware online. 1/2 hour later, I noticed from looking at the site again, that the cookware would not work with an induction stovetop which mine is. I called them right away to tell them to cancel the order. I was told that I was outside the 30-minute window where I could have canceled the order, because of their "quick ship" order. However, the confirmation tells me that I won't be receiving the order for more than 2-weeks due to COVID 19. I'm told I have to wait for two weeks to get the order, then I can return it back to them or take it to a store where they, supposedly will give me a refund. Really, 30 minutes and you can't cancel?!?? All their stores are currently closed, and I see from someone writing here that they only give store credit and not refunds. So I will be forced to wait 2 weeks, then pay for shipping back to them, then wait for a refund. Don't bother shopping at this site and save yourself the anguish of dealing with incompetent people. I am so mad I could chew nails and I will tell everyone that I ever meet to NEVER shop online or at their stores.
