I like most of Kohls' clothing and items they sell. However, their return policy online is TERRIBLE! They CHARGE you to return your items! Even during a pandemic! I have bought several things (toys, clothing, etc) at several different stores. Some things I had to return. Every single store except Kohls has had free return shipping; even if the store DIDN'T have free return shipping, during the pandemic they are offering it. With all Kohl's stores being closed and no idea when they are opening (even though in my state you CAN shop now with an appointment, they still aren't opening) this stuff is just sitting here. Now people who are trying to return stuff have to sit on money spent until God knows when, and not to mention fight the people when the store DOES open!! SICK! SHAME ON YOU! Not sure I will EVER order something online from this company again

I have been a kohls customer for years and never had a late payment. However, I had a $2 balance on my card which was due on feb 16th and I paid it on March 26th. However, they reported my $2 late fee to collections and my credit score dropped from 750 to 700. I wish they had atleast charged me a late fee and warned me about sending it to collections. It's so unfortunate that they did this to me during these difficult times. I have tried calling customer service several times but all they say is that they have started a ticket on this case. Any suggestions??

I had to give 1 star to write this complaint. I have been a long time Kohls customer for more than 10 years so when Covid hit I ordered via curbside and that was not an issue. it was when it came to the shipping of items is when I encountered the problem, I ordered the wrong size curtain rod, I called on Saturday and was told they will credit the account however I was told to send it back and back for it out of pocket with the understanding I would be reimbursed I called today and was told that since I ordered the wrong the size it was my fault. I paid $36.27 for the curtain rod and $53.23 for shipping to return it. I would have been better off not sending it back. Think twice before ordering anything that needs to be shipped know you will pay out of pocket. I will be closing my account immediately and will not shop there every again!

Im getting very annoyed with kohl’s.com. I’ve been placing a lot of online orders with them because the stores near me are closed BC of covid19 and BC I needed gifts for Mother’s Day and Father’s Day coming up. I received my yankee candle shattered in 1 million pieces because it was not properly packaged in a box but thrown in a bag so all my clothes we’re covered in tons of small pieces of glass. Still waiting for my replacement candle to come in that was supposed to be for a Mother’s Day gift. Anyway, just got another package that was supposed to have two items in it and they can’t even get that right. So I had to make another phone call and they weren’t helpful at all. I have to wait until the rest of the order comes in before I can call back and ask again for the item I paid for that they did not send me. I just don’t understand the stupidity. Thanks for nothing kohl’s.com. I guess I really need to find another place to shop at!!!!!!

I’m never ever shopping at Kohl’s again! I only did because my husband told me there was kohl’s cash so I had to use it. Half of the stuff that I ordered was too small, I had to ship it back. People who say returns are a hustle are so right! Had to pay $10 for the shipping and all I was returning was three pairs of kid shoes. They received my return on 1 May and I still didn’t get my refund. Contacted customer service three times. Every time you have to sit in line for good 10 or more minutes. Every time the representatives would tell me to “rest assured” I’ll be getting my money back I never did. $33 out of my purchase I’ll be getting is stupid kohl’s cash which guess what? I’m never going to use! Kohl’s overprices everything! It’s much cheaper to get the same items directly from the brands. Every time I went into the store I would leave disappointed because of the rude customer service workers. My friends think the same thing. I really hope kohl’s stores shut down soon, they suck really bad.

My husband and I filled out an app for a card, and we were assured both our names would be on that account. I went shopping for towels, found some at Kohl's, and tried to use the card. No go. When I asked if there was a way to contact the Kohl's card people and thereafter I was treated like I might be a dangerous criminal. Kohl's had to have my husband call and OK me as a user, not an actual cardholder of the account. I'm going to be equally liable for the charges on the card, so why this? They did send me a card -- and misspelled my name. Good grief, who do they think does most of the shopping? It's women who bother.

I mailed back items for a refund. They said they never received ANY of the items. I've never had any other company neglect returns and refunds like Kohls. Don't be mistaken, their returns are a huge hassel and they will take your money and the item you returned .

I bought makeup online from Kohl's and when I received it, it was Obviously used. This touched someone's face, who knows who, and they resold it. When I tried to leave review with pictures they emailed me that my review was removed for not following guidelines. Buncha bull...they just don't want people to know they may buy Second Hand makeup that was returned. Would have thought they would reach out to correct things, as I can't return in person right now and refuse to pay return shipping. But they could get ahold of me to let me know they censor their reviews - Pssh
