This is the worst place to do online business. I will never never shop at Kohls ever again. There Customer Service is terrible. They even make you believe (lie) that they are helping you and provide a ticket number only to find out they DID NOTHING. They real don’t seem to care about their customer. Therefore, they lost me as a customer forever and hopefully everyone I tell about this issue and for anyone out there, EVEN, if they say they will help and provide a ticket number, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. That was my mistake. I thought they would do what they said. Making many phone call and post in Facebook and messages to let as many people I can can to Please Please do not ever do business with this company.

Kohls 30 minute policy is CRAZY! After you place an order you have 30 minutes to make any changes. If you don't make them within 30 minutes they will send your items to the wrong address and tell you too bad. They don't have any solution to correct the issue after 30 minutes. I have ordered from Kohl's many times but this one time (5 pairs of shoes) my order was accidently sent to a 11 year old address. Even though I got to part of the order before the delivery, they said "Sorry Sir, it has to be done within 30 minutes". They said I now have to pay for something that I NEVER GOT! No way to fix it.

Worst place to do online returns with. They have the worst customer service. Their customer service reps are plain lazy. I returned a vacuum via mail and a month last never received a refund. I had to call kohls multiple times to see about this and each time they would say they need a tracking number or they need another piece of information before they can do anything. Even though they had my name, address, order number, email, card on file, yet no one could help and needed more info. This last time i called I finally had enough. And with some assertive communication was able to get the refund processed. The reps will do whatever they can to get you to hang up as soon as possible. Amazon.. I would find someone else to handle returns with! Never shopping here again.

I'm a Kohl's cardholder and everytime I shop in this store it seems I'm profiled. Immediately when I'm in the desired department, security is called overhead or a store personnel pops up. It's really isannoying. Wake Forest NC

Went to Kohls east about 11 AM today 6/18/2020.They were at intervals wiping down checkouts. The shopping area was very junky and unkept which is not unusual for this store. If you are concerned about coronavirus I suggest you do not shop at this store.

What a joke. I ordered something 25 mins ago and decided I wanted to cancel it, but they won’t cancel it since the 20 mins has passed.

Because of Kohl's recent stance on social issues I will no longer deal with them. Added: I had ordered a lawn chair from them on 6/14 and kept track on the order daily. After 10 days the order had not been shipped. I called to cancel the order and was advised that I could not cancel despite the fact that it had not been shipped. I would have to file a "claim" in order to get a refund and that could take 1 or 2 months to resolve and that I would have to pay interest if I did not pay the bill on time. After talking to a supervisor and raising hell I told her to file the "claim". LO AND BEHOLD THE CHAIR WAS SHIPPED THE NEXT DAY! I had to drive 80 miles round trip but I returned the unopened box and got the refund. No more. .

I just went into Kohls to attempt to exchange an Adidas sweatshirt I purchased for a larger size, they only had it in black instead of blue, but CS would not do the exchange and said they were priced differently. The first suggestion was to buy ANOTHER sweatshirt in the proper size, pay for shipping, wait for it to arrive, drive myself back to Kohls, and then they would be willing to do the exchange. Seems like a lot of work right? Well, it gets worse. They were going to give me $5.00, yes, you read that right FIVE DOLLARS for the sweatshirt because I didn't have a receipt. VERY unethical. I am finished with Kohls stores FOREVER.
