(Bakersfield NW) Return lines are ridiculously long with only 1 clerk she was doing her best to get though the line as she kept asking for help and backup I heard and nobody came to help her for a very long time! You need to hire more people poor girl looked stressed out I really felt bad for the employee.

My stomach is churning that I have to give them a full star. they don't even deserve that much. I ordered a graduation frame on 06/08 that arrived on 06/13 in hundreds of pieces because someone in shipping put a picture frame in a plastic bag to ship it. I was assured by customer service that a new frame would be boxed and shipped only to find out today that that frame was returned to Kohl's by UPS because it too was placed in a bag and broken to pieces. And now they've told me I can't get a refund until the damaged frames get to their stores. I'M LIVID!

The app is a piece of crap and the site is as old and dated as it could be. On top of waiting more than necessary and the packing slip stating the item I purchased, they sent me the wrong item. Im going to return this crap, waste my time and gas to go to a store and get my money back. Im going to go back to AMAZON and order it for the same price and in two days at the most. This is the reason why this company is going down the drain.

I have been a loyal Kohls customer for 15 years and a card holder for 6 yrs. During the 6 yrs that I had a Kohls charge card I never once missed a payment as my credit score and payment history has always been my number one priority all through my life. During this Covid-19 crap I was unemployed for 2 months and home the entire time. I do electronic statements with Kohls instead of paper ones and I never received a statement during that time so I didn't realize that a payment hadn't been made until they called me Monday to tell me. As soon as they told me I went right online and paid the entire bill off. Then I thought about checking my Experian credit file and when I did I saw that Kohls had reported me 30 days late! The only blemish on a spotless credit report and it took me from a (Great) rating at 764 down to a (Fair) rating of 668!!!! 15 yrs of perfect payments right down the drain because of that. I thought Kohls was doing payment forbearance during the Covid19 pandemic like all other creditors were but I guess they don't care if your out of work and experiencing economic hardship because of this pandemic. I loved shopping at Kohls and was a loyal customer for over 15 yrs and they ruined my perfect credit history over one payment during this pandemic shutdown. I called them 4 different times and each time they said there was nothing they could do! Kohls was my favorite store and practically the only place I shopped for everything I needed but I will never shop there again in person or online plus I'm making it my mission to take out a Social Media campaign letting everyone know what they think of their customers. They can shove this card where the sun dont shine!!

I’m done with a Kohl’s! I bought a shirt for my brother for Christmas. I had to order another one in a bigger size so I reordered it and had it sent to his house. They charged me $9 extra dollars for the same shirt then billed me on my account without me knowing. I get emailed my statements and bills so thinking I had a zero balance because I hadn’t charged anything on the account since the shirt, I didn’t see the email that had the $9 charge on the January system. So two months later they sent me to collection and when I talked to the customer service person they said no problem Kohl’s will fix the credit issue. Today I get a letter from Kohl’s that they will not fix my credit because they feel it was an accurate representation of the status!!! This is ridiculous I have been a excellent customer for years and so I have cancelled my credit card for Kohl’s and will never shop there again!

first and last time I'll shop at kohls. Ordered a crock pot on sale and chose in store pick up. Misread the location as South Airport road instead of Southport in Indiana. Realized it 2 hours after placing the order and now not only can I not have it changed to ship to my house, I have to wait 16-30 days for a refund. Of course this being my first time shopping on their website I didn't know about the 15 minute order policy. Great customer service I guarantee I'll never shop there again and will make sure everyone I know is aware of this.

I ordered 3 shirts for my sons birthday. I paid $28.00 for shipping to make sure they would be here on time. 1 shirt showed up. I called khols customer service to find out why only 1 item arrived. I was given several excuses that did not make sence. Finally he offered to refund my $28.00 shipping. I still only have 1 shirt, 4 days later. I have not been refunded the shipping charge, and now the 3rd shirt is out of stock. So long story short, my son got 1 shirt for his birthday. I paid almost $70.00 for that one 6 youth tshirt that is $9.00. I will NEVER buy from Khols again< and I want my money back KHOLS!!!!!

I saw my items price goes down and I asked for the price adjustment. the man (called Manuel) didn't help me and instead he typed something to change the sales price right above my purchase price. VERY DISHONEST PERSON! I never see a store do things like that.
