Worst CS ever - avoid calling their CS hotline if possible. The first time I encountered such a rude staff!!! Kohl’s also didn’t complete my online order for a few times without giving me any reasons...

ABSOLUTELY LOUSEY ONLINE DEPARTMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I plan to contact corporate to have the credit card I signed up for (for this item cancelled). After ordering a couch waiting for the deliver date making arrangements to be home for delivery- first the change the delivery date the following week...not a big deal...but then they just go ahead and cancel the main part of the order all together. If you don’t have items for sale, why waste customers time? Or why wait two weeks to figure it after it was supposed to be delivered? I will never put my time or trust into Kohls Online again.

I ordered a patio umbrella. I checked out it said it would be here the end of following week. The order was confirmed and shipped so they say. It NEVER came! I kept checking and I got a text from UPS saying it’s on its way. Still didn’t come so I called customer service at Kohl’s she said your order was delivered…I said No it wasn’t! O sorry this item is out of stock! Do you want me to refund you…I said I want my item I purchased!! I was pissed!!! She never offered to put a tracer on it..nothing! And it takes 7 days to show refund! Super Terrible business!!!

Kohl's is nothing but a fraud! If you don't write a review they like for their site they wont post it, they'll even send you an email telling you. I don't see what I wrote wrong on my review. I just let them know about the product i ordered and wasn't what expected so went to return to the store and that I was disapointed on how they don't refund you the almost 10 bucks they charge of shipping. So tell me how in the world am i suppose to trust any of their reviews. Good or bad you're suppose to post them period!

Well...by far one of my most troublesome experiences ordering online with multiple issues receiving my items. Some came, some never arrived. Customer service was a dreadful experience between waiting and attempting a resolution back and forth for an hour. At the end I have neither my items nor a refund. I will continue on to try to get my refund. But, Kohl’s will not get my business. There are too many businesses I’d rather shop domestic or local anyway. This experience just makes me more determined. Kohl’s is awful.

I visited the chambersburg pa kohl's today and was forced to leave because I medically can't wear a mask. On the way out the manager his name is Mike decided it was ok to call me a racial slur. Good way to do business.

Never have I ever had a worse experience. I am stationed in Guam so I wanted to order some clothes I like from Kohls, first time I have ordered online with them. Never have I ever put something in my cart & purchased it then received an email saying more than half the items I chose were cancelled due to them being out of stock... Horrible way to do business. Even now if I go on the site looking for the same items it says they are available... I will NEVER order from Kohls again & I will be telling everyone I know about this experience.

Thought I would give them another chance bc it was minor last time, that I requested all* the items to be delivered to the store and they delivered one to the store and the rest to the my house and charged me for delivery. However, the second order is still coming in 4 deliveries! I mean what in heck are they doing bc I could of drove to pick the items at the store it said it was coming from when I ordered it. Worst of all I get a pack of underwear for my grandson and it looks like it was returned and jammed back in the package (I have pictures). In these times do you really think I want an item that has been tampered with and not seal, especially boys underwear! Ugh enough is enough after I receive my total items this will be it for me.
