I have been a customer of Kohls for many years.Today that ends.I ordered items online and they were delivered to the wrong address. We went to that address and no one was there and no package on the porch.Called UPS ; no help . Called Kohls customer service to inform them ; absolutely no help.The customer service rep.appeared to be in a rush. Was told they could not help me.It's their fault.Now I have to pay for for something I didn't get because I put it on my charge card. ( Kohls). Today I shredded that card and will never shop there again.Plus I will tell people how I was treated by Kohls.I gave a 1 because it is the only lowest score I could.

I was a long time shopper with Kohls. NEVER AGAIN. During the pandemic their stores were closed and I did not shop with them for a period of about three months. I had their Kohl's credit card. Because I did not shop with them during the pandemic they closed my credit card without even alerting me. This impacted my credit score. When I called to ask why they closed my account they said I signed the agreement that specified they could close the account at any time for any reason including account inactivity. So basically they took advantage of the global pandemic and closed my account.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I placed an online order last night and then received an email indicating they couldn't complete my online order. I called and spoke with CS this morning. He couldn't explain why the order didn't go through and recommended that I replace the order. I replaced the order and again received an email that indicated they couldn't complete my order. I called back 2nd time, they still couldn't explain why it was cancelled. The lady I spoke with indicated she would enter my order but when she did the cost was higher. I asked about the promo code and she indicated she couldn't apply that and I would need to speak with a different area. I was transferred and he indicated he would need to cancel my order and re-enter it. So went through the entire process of verifying who I was and he placed the order. Again I received the email that they couldn't complete my order. So although I should feel sorry for the 4th person who had to deal with my unpleasant exchange of words, I don't. I wanted to know why my order is being cancelled. She indicated it is all computer generated and from the documentation that she found, it was bouncing back because I don't have a history of online ordering. She indicated she could try and order again as maybe the person before her missed something. If their computer system didn't recognize the previous 4 ONLINE orders, why would it put the 5th through when no live person can override the system!!! And, how do you create an online order history if you are not accepting my order???? I never received a live phone call from anyone at Kohls to verify any of my orders. I ended up placing my order at Walmart. Guess what, I never ordered online there either and my order went through. Kohls has just lost my business and I will now shop elsewhere. When I mentioned that to the last CS person I spoke with, she could have cared less. I guess I'm just one small customer, but one bad review goes alot further than one good review.

First time Kohl’s shopper after a friend highly recommended. After ordering online I was told to wait until I was contacted to able to pickup item. Money came out of my bank account and then I got an email saying order could not be completed. I called store where I was supposed to pick up item. Store employee said there were 8 of the item I had ordered and got charged for. Now I have to wait 7 business days for my $148.00 to be deposited back into my account. Pathetic and disgusting!!! Not sure where the fault lies, but these are hard times for most and to be without $148.00 is a challenge. This was a wedding present and I don’t have extra cash to buy something else. I have never shopped at Kohl’s and after this experience I will never shop there in the future.

I have been waiting for my $194 Kohls rebate since I mailed it in December! I've called several times, mailed originals, then copies, and even emailed them. It's so frustrating to expect a rebate, especially that high amount and get nowhere 8 months later. They lost my business.

If you think CS is bad....try working there. The god awful worst experience. It's like Covid happened and I came back to an alternate universe. I'm only there part time just to pay some bills as I am working on other promising projects as a graphic designer. Because I wasn't able to get people to open up credit they put me as a door greeter, bothering people as they enter the store. For two days they had me at an 8 hour shift doing this, why??? 8 hours standing around. It got to a point at the end of the week, I was so sick, I couldn't stand up straight, my knees were burning up and by the end of the week I was literally sick. Why on earth is it important to ask people to open up a credit card during a pandemic. There are people refinancing their homes and the last thing they want is their credit score to be affected over a store credit card that's not even worth getting unless you want to build up credit which is an entirely different story. I have never been so miserable in my life. I keep praying that other jobs will come through quickly to get me out of this hell hole. And now I'm being watched and talked about, all because I couldn't get people to open up credit accounts. What a shame. Once I'm done working there, I will probably not shop there either. They truly thrive on people just opening up credit cards to keep them in debt. Word to the wise, don't open up a store credit card under any circumstance. No matter how good of a deal "35% off your first purchase" it doesn't matter. You will still get deals just regularly shopping there on days with sales or kohls cash back. Keep your credit in good standing. Just use your debit card. End of story. Good luck out there!

7 days passed but order wasn’t shipped while contacted they even don’t know what to do suggesting me to wait and see 6 days more. Asked for refund but they even not willing to refund several time contacted alway one response we sent your request to our back office support they will contact you. No one contacted yet. They are not ever worthy for one star. I left this review on their website and they sent me an email that they are removing my review. Terrible company they sale products they don’t have it.

Customer service is worthless less than worthless. It is a computer that just shows you pages to go to. How can you exchange something that they don't carry in stores? You can't. They sent me a pan in a plastic bag the pan was had nothing to keep it from getting banged up. I have spent over 2000 with them over the last 2 months renovating my home never had to deal with CS. I am done with them.
