For being my first time shopping at Kohl's in over a decade, let alone online pickup shopping at Kohl's (Fuquay Varina NC), I'd say it was quick and easy. The lady at the front checkout kindly directed me to the back of the store and when I passed her walking back out of the store she asked "did I get it?". Bless her. The only thing that concerns me is the amount of blind trust Kohl's puts in its customers. The online pickup system, while fast, was not secure one bit!! I didn't have to show any form of identification, the cubbies weren't protected behind a counter. I didn't have to prove who I was or that I bought something, which means anyone could have walked by and snatched up orders (that have already been paid for) and the employees wouldn't know the difference. That's what concerns me about this "pickup system."

Can’t be happier with this awesome place all age can shop together in one location and they just add Sephora lately to their store where we can shop there and earn reward too we will shop again for sure

I just received my order from Kohl's and the order was packed very poorly. No packing material whatsoever... Everything was bounced all over inside the box when it was shipped by UPS. I ordered some tealight candle bags and two bags got opened inside. Therefore, I have two bags of tealight candle bounce all over inside the box. Bottom line, I will not recommend you to order anything from kohls.com; instead go to the store personally.

Customer service friendly with Amazon. Gave a 25% coupon. Unfortunately will not use until dressing rooms open. It looks like from reviews, I’m glad I never ordered online.

Good price on the item I ordered plus a discount. Taking off a star as site could be a bit quicker sometimes seems a bit clunky.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on the 22nd for my daughter's for Christmas. Later that day received a shipping notice with tracking information for both pairs as they were split. One pair was a online/in-store item and the other was strictly online. The online/in-store pair shipped via USPS arrived 11/26. The strictly online pair tracking says label created since the 22nd with no updates from Pitney Bowes for the last 18 days and a delivery date of 11/25 from Kohl's. I paid for shipping as it was under the 75 dollar amount. Can't get through to customer service. Update: I messaged Kohl's on instagram 12/13/2020 and provided the order number. They responded back about 5hrs later that they reshipped the shoes with UPS 2nd day air. UPS has picked up the package and it is moving. Twitter and Instagram seem to be the best avenue to contact them. I also reported Pitney Bowes to the BBB.
