My in store experience was great! I was verbally attack by an employee named Brenda! I was in my car do to car warning light i recieved as i was trying to leave the store, I pulled over immediately and called my husband, while speaking with him Brenda started staring at me with head motions, I asked if there was a problem and she began to attack me with calling me names acting insane! she then took her phone out her purse and started taking pictures of my car. She then yelled i work here" I honestly thought she was just a prejudice angry customer! I blew my mind that Kohls would hire someone like her to work for them, i will not rerturn to this location again!

My complaint has to do with how the merchandise is reduced, I bought a purse at kohls.com on clearance at the store was regular price, that’s confusing to customers. Three days ago I got my daughter a purse on clearance, there were four of the same purse, two lavender, two pink I got the lavender and when the 50 off sale started i rushed there to buy the pink also; well the other lavender was there at the sale price, one of the pink was gone and so was the clearence price, the customer service lady said they take them off clearence sometimes, good comeback for a person that doesn’t buy as much as I do there!

I have ordered online a half dozen times and having just received my last purchase yesterday I never will again. Each order I have EAS tags left in the clothing. This time, Jean's and a leather coat. I understand, since I have the receipt I can go to the nearest store and they will remove them, however I should not have to do this every time I buy something. If I wanted to step into the store, I would just shop inside.

I am writing about their online ordering and shipping times. Online ordering is easy. Their search options help to narrow the results I need, but their delivery times are atrocious. In nearly every case where I've had an item shipped, as opposed to pick-up in store, I returned the items. Reason being is that while waiting for the items to be delivered, I continued to shop online and in other stores. In 90% of cases, I always managed to find something similar to what i wanted before Kohl's delivered, and ended up returning my Kohl's purchases. Faster shipping/delivery times would have prevented this.

Did an online order and was expecting everything to be shipped directly to me except for the wax melts. I specifically said that since I wasn't unable to get to the store without having a vehicle I told them to just cancel the wax melts out then and credit my debit back. Well,come to find out, I've received less money back due to applying Kohl's Cash to my order which you won't receive the entire refunded price back. I blame myself for not realizing that the wax melts were pickup only but at the same time, you feel gypped by Kohl's. A certain percentage you get back and the rest applies to Kohl's Cash is how I see it which isn't right in my opinion.

I order Acne treatment from them. Both of them were expired! They replaced it and sent me again EPRIDER products! Be careful with ordering beauty products from them! Hopefully, I will get my money back.

For about a year now I’ve been trying to buy Sonoma petite jeans there is 0 available what is going on don’t they make jeans anymore. I thought this is a clothing store.

KOHL’S NEEDS TO HIRE NEW CEO, BUYERS OR WHATEVER! I’VE SHOPPED WITH THEM ALONG TIME! IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, THEY ARE EQUAL TO THE OLD K MART! THEIR SELECTION OF CLOTHES, WOMEN, MEN, YOUNG ADULTS ARE CHEAP AN OUTDATED & UGLY! THE STORE SEEMS TO FILL IT WITH UNNECESSARY JUNK! I WISH THEY WOULD INVEST IN DESIGNER ITEMS! THEY ARE, ALSO, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ON ALL THEIR ITEMS!!!
