Kohls - stop using OnTrac aka Lasership to ship Kohls.com orders. Been a customer for 20 years but will stop ordering if you continue to use OnTrac as the shipper. They mis-route every package, claim it’s lost or damaged or incomplete address BS - and it’s every package! Something is really wrong here with this sham company perpetuating retail fraud against your customers. Seems like pattern of intentional mismanagement or organized retail theft for there to be thousands of similar OnTrac complaints online. The USPS is 100% better than this horrible company.

I went to the checkout to return one item. There was over 20 people in line. The new procedure is to go through a ridiculous maze that ends up at the registers,where you do a return; purchase merchandise; return Amazon ,etc. If it is an Amazon return, the cashier has to go to another area to put it away. What used to be a 5 minute procedure now takes 20 - 35 minutes. Whose brilliant idea was it to make these changes? It was my 2nd experience with the new system and both were super bad experiences. You have lost a loyal customer. I don't have time to go through your maze. My time is too valuable. I will go where I can get in and out quickly.

Ordering online is easy. 30 minutes later, trying to cancel that order is a nightmare. Their online chat keeps taking you back to the same place. When I finally called there were no options to cancel my order. The service person said I would just have to refuse delivery and they would refund my money. What a waste.

My package was shipped elsewhere due to ups. It was hard to get them to care or even read the house number on the delivery photo. They think 5$ in kohls cash is worth having to wait an extra week for an order.

In the beginning this was a great store when they opened here. Gradually sliding down. Prices too high. On line ordering an issue. Got $ 10 Kohl's cash from my last order, could not redeem on line in spite of ordering a non excluded item. That $ 10 would have sweetened up the over priced mail order. With all these shenanigans and complexities I am done with the store.

Online, I ordered two of the same item, at the same time, and my card was charged for both. I received an email that my order was shipped, but only one item was delivered. The USPS tracking indicates Kohl's has not even shipped the second item. I really needed both items together at the same time. I'm trying to use other places than Amazon, but...Kohl's at least, doesn't seem to measure up.

Instead of having someone watching over the checkers helping people out and chatting with the associates, they should have been helping customers in the refund line that was three miles long and took over 30 minutes to get through. It’ll be awhile until I come back now.

A women named Debbie was taking our amazon return and she was all over the place and not the nicest.
