I have never been so disappointed with a online order went to khols in Mechanicsville to pick up order first gentlemen told me my order had already been picked n I kept telling him it hadn't been picked, so then he was going to credit my account,then I look he's at my window with my order,after telling me someone must have hacked my account n got my order,then to top it off was wrong size,I will never do at pickup at this khols

Kohl's...you just got COLD!!!! WE WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU. BLM clothing in your stores? Supporting a terrorist group that has destroy the USA and continues to kill and ruin business. Shame on you!

I recently earned $10 Kohl's cash. The closest Kohl's store to me is an hour away. To get free shipping you have to spend at least $75. It only gave me 4 days to redeem the Kohl's cash and now it's expired. And one of those days was a holiday. Come on Kohl's, get your head out of your butt. Either give people more time to redeem them or lower your free shipping requirement to something that is feasible for most people, especially during these tough times.

Been dealing for months regarding a credit. Their customer service is so poor! I was shopping in the store and purchased something online because my size wasn't available. I purchased the smaller option in-store and the larger online. I paid for both purchases using a gift card and depleted that gift card at the cash register. My online order was later cancelled because the item was not in stock after all. They said the funds were placed back on my gift card. I no longer have that gift card as it was trashed at the register following it's in store purchase. They have cheated me out of $35 dollars and I have been calling and trying to get my money back since May 28th! Such a FRAUD!!! They keep saying the are mailing me a gift card to my home address and it's been a little over 3 months and NOTHING has been done. This is RIDICULOUS I don't appreciate this and I will NEVER shop or STEP foot in a Kohl's store. Buyers beware!!! They are real quick to take you money and don't return what's rightfully yours.

I ordered picnic table, they lost it, shipped out another one and it has no hardware. I waited over a month for this. Then place a order on shirt to pick up at store. Its going to take 12 days, I should have just had it shipped. I've never had all this problem ordering, I'm ready to cut this Kohls card up and burn it. Ordering online is the way to go now, but not at Kolhs, it's terrible. Never here when it states. Not sure what's going on, or they gonna lose alot of customers. I usually do all Christmas shopping there but probably won't buy anything until they get their act together. Very very disappointed in my last orders.

Horrible customer service. 2 months in a row they have taken double payments out of my checking account without my permission. When I call they tell me I made those payments. I even have the email with my payment confirmation. I will be closing my account asap!

If Kohl’s department store thinks it’s a good business decision to support a terrorists group like BLM, best be prepared to lose ALL your conservative shoppers. I will cut my credit card up in little pieces and send it back to you. If you need a reminder, this is 🇺🇸AMERICA🇺🇸 and ALL lives matter, not just the black ones!! Shameful 😡

I had it with Kolh’s. I just closed my account. The customer service is awful as well as the entire company. No more Kohl’s.
