Was very disappointed with Kohl’s shopping experiences. First incident was after requesting a price match with Walmart, Kohl’s adjusted the price by cancelling my gift cards balance the reason is because they cannot refund the money to my gift cards. I can accept that but then never issued the new cards to me. This took over two months and didn’t resolved properly. It created unnecessary stresses during my pregnancy and still on going until after a month of giving birth of my baby. Finally one of the agent to offer send me Kohl’s cash to make up my loss of little more than $125 of loss balance of my gift cards. Second incident, my order didn’t get to delivery that the order status showing “in transit” for almost two weeks. I called to requested to replace or refund. First agents asked me to wait two more days. It might be on its way but delay. Okay, I accepted that. After two days, called again. Agents said please give another day. What the heck is that? Why asked customers continues waiting on their order? Then I have to call again after second request of waiting. Finally after a series of conversations with an agent and then floor supervisor, finally said to process my refund. Then I called check the status of refund twice. Funny things, first time said it might take a few days and they do not work on the weekends to process the refund. I just contacted again today. First the agent said there is not ticketed being created for this order. And then she said she will create the ticket and might take another 7 days to get my refund. I am very frustrated with Kohl’s customers service and it seems there is multiples lies to push customers away so we do not “bother” Kohl’s. I can forgive Kohl’s being over priced and go through all the troubles for price match. Exactly same items that Kohl’s listed price is $674.99 and Walmart has it for $262.45. But I cannot accepted such unprofessional customers experience that Kohl’s have offered for a few months. I was in my 30+ weeks of pregnant and have to deal with all these non senses. I really suggest people to check all your order before you place the order with Kohl’s and also check your gift cards if Kohl’s “stealing” it . I have to say that with all my shopping experience. Kohl’s is most of most stressful experiences I have in the last few months.

They false advertise. I ordered pants on sale and they refused to ship them after accepting the order. That is bait and switch or a scam.

I have loved Kohl’s since the day they opened. Until they sell Blue Lives Matter merchandise to counterbalance the Black Lives Matter merchandise I will no longer shop there. Bye bye MVC status!

The online portal for maintaining a Kohls charge card is terrible. Not just the appearance and navigation but a thing as simple as autopay isn't available for my account. When I attempted to reach a representative through chat, I kept getting the same auto reply about registering my kohls card and creating an account (I've had the account for over a year). The customer service and making it easy for the customer to make a payment has to improve. I will be closing my account.

If I could give no stars, I would. The BLM endorsement was the end. I have had a Kohls account since they opened in Plano TX. Good luck with your racist BLM focus. I cancelled my account this morning .... felt SO good

I have shopped at Khols for over 20 yrs for just about everything. I won’t be shopping there anymore, ever since you announced that you will be supporting a Marxist, pro-violent, anti-white organization. All of their founders have claimed they’re “trained Marxists”. Marxists have oppressed people all over the world, Kohl’s. They want to topple America; therefore, I cannot give money to your store to help them do so. Marion Tweeny

If I could give a lesser rating I would. I opened a credit account with Kohl’s earlier this year with all the promises of gift cards and credits and what not. Got 30% off my first purchase. Sounds great so far but wait. They told me I had 60 days before my first billing cycle. It was just $150 total I owed no biggie right? Wrong! When the bill came they had a late charge on there for no payment after 30 days. I had the receipt and the online app saying I was not due until I did pay the bill in full mind you. They had a late charge which I complained and got back. So all is good now right? Nope. They turned their mistake of a late payment over to the credit bureau's and refuse to take it off. So I’m battling this with the bureau’s but so far this showing a late payment on my perfect history during COVID has the creditors dropping my limits and therefore my score has dropped over 100 points so far so my above 800 score is now sitting close to the 700 mark. F’N ridiculous!
