My identity got stolen. The thief got a Kohls card among the other things. Kohls was Amazing. They were wonderful to work with. I'd never shopped or had a kohls card prior. Now when I am in an area with a kohls I stop and shop. It's also a credit card I will definitely get in the next few years and support them. Best customer service ever.

Was in your store twice today and received excellent service from Marlene in the Baxter Mn store. I was highly satisfied both times She was very informative, very polite and very knowledgeable of her job. Thank you Marlene I will look for you each time I go in the store.

Have to say we have had nothing but positive experiences with Kohl's. A couple of times we have gotten the wrong item in an order and they worked diligently to correct the mistake. Customer service always very polite and helpful.

Penny, in the Arlington Heights, Il store, spent time with me, on the phone & was much help. I then went to the store & followed-up with her, about a pair of shoes, that she found for me. She was quite pleasant, professional & is certainly a credit to the Kohl's brand. I hope that others experience the same great service from Penny. I am quite sure, that they will!

Yesterday my wife and I were at the White Lake Michigan store and met store manager Emily. She agreed to offer us the on-line price for an item in the store. She then offered us an even exchange for two deck chairs that prematurely wore out. She was extremely customer oriented, kind and professional. It was a very positive experience.

One of the FEW stores that allow multiple discounts in one purchase. With in store pickup I don’t pay shipping during my non MVC specials. Clearance and coupons make for some STEALS! Basically 90% of my Christmas shopping is done here!
