I can't believe Kohls supports and sells BLM clothing and turns into politics. Will close my cc and will forget this store exists. All lives matter.

So I just got a $5 reward in mail and instead of letting it just go to the trash I’m like why not I can find something. Walked through whole store couldn’t find a thing. As I was leaving saw this jacket on clearance and said why not. Went to pay and they told me the coupon was already used. Not possible just got it in mail. She said oh well!!!! I said oh well that’s why I don’t shop here ... keep it.

I won’t be shopping there anymore. If you support BLM only,you should be ashamed that you are not supporting the police. The sad thing is if anything happens to your store, guess who you will calling definitely not BLM group.

Kohls customer service is a JOKE!! Customer is never right, when it comes to them. Done shopping here. If they will not help you with any issues, then they aren't worth getting my hard earned money. They can close their doors for all I care!!

Cancelled my card due to the fact that Kohl's has decided to go political and supports a group that blocks hospital entrances and exits and screams "I hope they die" when the two police officers were shot and brought to the hospital. Disgusting! I even confirmed that BLM products will be sold and not Blue Lives. Kohl's should stick to retail! I will never shop there again.

The Kohls customer service department is full of non English speaking individuals who do not know how to do anything. They say they take care of your request only to find that they do not. A joke, really "I am going to help you, no not really."

Their online shopping is horrendous. So far 2/3 items that I have purchased/ordered online have been stuck in fulfillment status for weeks with the inability to cancel yet no updates on my expensive orders for weeks until I get a cancelation email. After my first order I was confused, following up withmy second one..now I'm insulted. It's ridiculous, as if their web developers are a bunch of 13 year olds who can't keep their website up to date and post false promises about in stock availability. I will NEVER be purchasing from Kohl's online website again and will ensure my inner circle gets doesn't either. Total lack of discipline, lack of trust, and lack of information when online shopping. Good luck and don't expect your package after you ordered it, only false hope(because it will most likely be stuck in fulfillment for weeks until it's too late and you cannot get the desired item anywhere) enjoy! I will give them 1 star only because their in person customer service and local experience was excellent. I would rather go back in time and purchase an item from a merchant traveling across the desert promising me to meet him somewhere years to come. Because I would have more hope in him than In kohls online shopping..

In the past, I loved shopping Kohl’s, but now, I have unsubscribed from all email notifications, paid my acct and canceled my credit card with Kohl’s. Any store that supports and sells Black Lives Matter will not have my business. I am so very disappointed in Kohl’s!!!
