On black friday, I ordered a pair of boots for a really great price. A week went by and I never received a single email regarding my order. I got worried and got on their message customer service, and they told me they didn't have any record of the order, but encouraged me to call in to the office since they had more to work with. They were super nice! I called in and they went beyond what I expected the answer to the issue would be. I was almost certain they would tell me that I would need to pay full price and I couldn't get the black friday deal anymore, but they apologized for the lack of emails and order cancellation. Since I never received notice of my order being canceled, they gave me the black friday price way after it had passed. I was so thrilled! I'm so glad they helped me out. I know mistakes happened, but i'm so impressed at how quickly they fixed the issue. I'm very grateful.

Went to kohls in wallingford,ct on 11/11/19,well Stephanie my cashier checked me out,the prices were great I got $10 off & my 30% a super bargain!

After spending a good deal of time on the Kohls website, I decided to go to the store on rt. 228 in Cranberry. I went to the kiosk near the customer service area and had no luck using it. I started to walk away and saw a young lady carrying several items with a Kohls sign. I asked her if she could refer me to someone who could help me to us the kiosk as I was very frustrated trying myself. She immediately assured me that she would make herself available to help me. This very kind woman took at least 1/2 hour to assist me. She not only helped me to understand the product but took the time to show me some of the other products that were available and might be more of what I needed. This is the second time I am trying to send this review to you....PLEASE recognize the young lady and I am pretty sure her name is Kayla...Because of the help and time she spent with me,I will be purchasing the product. I was honestly surprised to see so many bad reviews. I love Kohls. Their selection and their sales are great. Online order is great as well.
