I ordered 5 items on Nov 30. 3 were received on Dec 8th the other two still show waiting pick up as of Dec 2nd. Told on the 10th nothing they can do until after the 10th which is the end of the delivery window. On the 11th told nothing they can do until 2 days after the delivery window to reach back out on the 12th. Refuse to allow to speak to a supervisor and no resolution at all. Just looking for a refund on items not received.

I ordered a golf Nike shirt online for a Christmas present. Upon opening the shirt noticed that the security tag was still left on it. I went to the store and they removed the security tag, Not I am sorry or even to be offered something to compensated for having to drive to the store. Then as I got home and was wrapping the shirt noticed there was ink on the back of the shirt. Needless to say with Kohls prices as high as they are you would think they would double check products before sending out! Now I have to go back to the store for a second time. So I am to say the least very upset and will think twice from ordering from Kohls online again.

I’m giving 1 star because I have received some of my orders just fine. Today I got a notification that my order was delivered. I immediately check considering not 1 of my 3 dogs barked per usual. Nothing, I try to file a claim with UPS (which was an option on the delivery message). Then it says I couldn’t file a claim for that. So then I go online to Kohl’s and speak with a customer care representative, only for her to ask me al my details and then say unfortunately they can’t refund or replace my order because it was the correct address and to reach out to my bank to dispute it. I offered to send pictures of my porch after sending her the screenshot of pictures of my alleged order picture from the delivery. I spent almost $1500 this past month and I’m seriously considering taking it all back. Only I never ever want to step foot in there again. I’m thinking a class action lawsuit at this point.

Wish I could rate Kohls NO STARS! Reps are overseas, don't understand the English language, can't answer a simple question without needing to review and put you on hold indefinitely! Seriously, why answer the phone if you can't understand the language and can't help? All I wanted to know if my return was processed? Guess that's a HARD QUESTION to figure out!!! Never shopping here again! They charged someone else's card and are using 2 credit cards? The response was "We are at our busy time of year, someone made a mistake." Seriously? Yep, that's why I called. So what are you going to do about it? CRICKETS CRICKETS CRICKETS....PUT ON HOLD....and when I got upset they remind me we are on a recoded line....RECORD THIS *&^%

Worst customer experience ever !!! Placed and order , later in the day got an email saying my order had been cancelled( that happened 7 times). Tried contacting them 3 times in chat , 1 in person and twice by phone and they all just gave me different excuses of why it was cancelled. Told me to contact my bank ( did that and everything was fine , but still tried a different payment method), was told because of the phone #so I changed that , later they said to reach out to them after thanksgiving , did that and they ended my chat as I was reading ( not even a minute had passed ) one of the calls also left me on hold when I asked for supervisor . No one helped me , they only kept saying how sorry they were for the inconvenience and would do their best to help. NO one actually did , they just gave excuses . Waste my time and really upset me !!

Upset about return policy. I am going out of my way to avoid Shopping with them. They took all of my Kohls cash and any other discounts for a return that was half of purchase.

Kohl's.com could not figure out how to retrieve (return) 3 very bulky boxes of Savavieh bar stools. After getting put off over a 3 day period over the phone, I called the local store told them of my dilemma. The very nice lady was sympathetic to my situation and said for me to bring the boxes in the front and if there was a line, go up to the desk to request assistance. I rented a truck and took the bar stools to the front, one by one. Once all was inside I went to the desk to seek help and was told they could help me, but I had to go get in a line that was serpentine and went 40 or 50 feet. Wow, insult to injury. No guessing how this ends - closing the acct.
