Kohl's credit cards is a scam. They say they sent you a statement, but don't so they can charge you an exorbitant late fee. They called to say I was 60 days late. I paid the $50 I owed while on the phone in addition to the $35 late fee. They sent it to the credit bureau anyway costing me $8,000 on the new mortgage I was trying to get because it pulled my otherwise excellent credit rate down. You CAN NOT get any customer service to help you. I spent 2 hours on the phone being transferred from one person to another and never talking to anyone that could help me. The last person flat out lied to me saying she would fax me a resolution and never did.

On 9/24 I called Kohl's for a password reset. They closed the card and said they needed to issue a new one. So instead of helping me with a password reset, they closed the card. I could not put my hand on it because it was in my husband's wallet, so they closed the card. I had $60 Kohl's Cash ready to use but I was told that I needed to wait for the new card. I made my payment on time. I waited for the card. It never came... The $60 Kohl's Cash that I had expired and they refused to re-issue it for me to use. Do you know how much you have to spend to get $60 Kohl's cash? A lot of merch. I called Kohl's today to state that I still didn't have my card and that my account went up $50, which means they didn't credit my account. The money is out of my account but no credit to my balance. I was told... wait for it... that they would have to re-issue my credit card. I asked if I had fees associated because I have not seen a statement. I have e-bill, so I have to log into my account, which nobody will help me do. So they keep taking my money, not crediting my account and tacking on interest and late fees! How is this legal??? Each time I call the rep starts off nice then you hear snickers in their voice. Like HA HA I'm going to really screw you. Well, I asked to have the card closed and if need me will take this to a higher lever than BBB. Not crediting a credit card balance when you are taking the consumers money is ILLEGAL!!!!!

I ordered online a Big Mabel tube 8-20-20. Cost was $422.55. Within 2 hours my husband advised he had purchased on the same item at another store so I went online to cancel the order. Since it had been more than 30 minutes I couldn't cancel online. I called and The kohls rep said to refuse the FedEx delivery when it came as that was the fastest way to get refunded. I did that about a week later. 10 days later I called Kohl's as I had not been refunded and they said I had to wait another 7 to 10 days for them to confirm the item was in received back. 10 days later still no word from Kohl's or refund, I called them again and they said the same thing I had to wait another 7 to 10 days that they had the item but they were processing my return. 10 days later I called the corporate office to be told they had an issue with the refund and she had to put in a special ticket request and was sure I would get my refund within 10 days. Today I called the corporate office of Kohls to be told that my refund was delayed as Kohl's had not been refunded by the vendor they bought the tube from! I was shocked as I didn't realize if you order on Kohl's.com your return is based on Kohl's getting paid back before you get your money.....wth?? I called back again today and now I'm being told they actually issued me a refund October 2 and they can't seem to track that refund so they need a few more days. It's been 60 days now still no refund! Do not order on Kohl's.com!

My order was being shipped to the wrong address (my old address was apparently on file and they didn’t even have my enter in my NEW address, just assumed it was my ok’d address) and I immediately called to change it. The girl on the phone said she couldn’t change it. After bickering with her for several minutes she connected me to her supervisor. I was on hold for 15+ mins. Then get told I only have THIRTY MINS to change the address. I told her that I called immediately after placing my order and seeing it was going to the wrong address but the first girl wouldn’t change it and I was on hold so we were at 40 mins. She insisted nothing could be done and that I’d have to wait for the order to be delivered to the old address and then call for a refund. I will NEVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN

Recently, I was on the Kohl's website and purchased a vacuum for $119.59. It originally was $169.59. I checked out. I went to my Kohl's account and looked at my order and it said $169.59. I called many times as well as emailed Kohl's. Different people emailed me back and not one person knew what was going on. It took three days to get a return prepaid label. This is not the first time I have experienced bad faith from Kohl's.

Garbage company with awful customer service. Their website was malfunctioning so it wouldn't apply my 30% off promo code. When I FINALLY reached them, they said they would not honor it. No more Kohl's for me or my family.

I’ve decided to close my Kohl’s charge account. I’ve paid close to $100 in fees this year because I never aware that my statements were available. I started out going paperless, which was a disaster because unless you’re signing into your Kohl’s account every day you’re not aware that the statement is available. After my last paperless statement in April I switched to paper statements, but didn’t receive the next statement until October, which of course had a hefty late fee added to it. I see no account option to receive notifications and I don’t believe this is right. When Kohl’s paperless statements become available online, a notification should be sent to the customer. This is the process banks and credit unions use to remind customers that payments are due.

Live chat is a JOKE. I placed a very large order with Kohl’s online for Christmas gifts. 23 items total, which shipped in 4 packages. I received all packages today and I’m missing two items. Not a big deal, these things happen. I reach out via live chat and the agent, Vernon P., helps create replacement for said items. I confirm with Vernon 3 times that BOTH missing items are being replaced which he confirmed they are and even sent me two new order confirmation numbers. Chat ends and I receive an email for only one replacement, double check my screenshot from the chat and the 2 order numbers he sent me are the same. I chat in again with Karla B., after sorting the details of my previous chat, confirms I’m only receiving a replacement for 1 item. I ask that the other item is replaced and she informs me since a replacement has already been created on my order they can’t (Are you kidding me?). The first agent confirmed multiple times and now I can’t get a replacement. If I were to re-order it myself, I’d be out $9 for shipping and whatever my coupon saved me in my previous order. She reaches out to her supervisor and lets me know they can make a “ONE TIME EXCEPTION FOR ME” and send out the replacement. A one time exception for me? It was their mistake in the first place that I didn’t receive two items and then their agent is either lazy or incompetent and didn’t create the correct replacements. I can’t believe it, I never received an “I’m sorry” or anything similar. Officially done shopping at kohl’s. Not worth my time or money. All’s good at Kohl’s until you need help, customer service is sub par at best.
