I got locked out of my account cause of a resubmission issue trying over and over to log in. It says "Your account has been locked, please call customer service". So I called customer service and I tell the guy what's going on. He immediately asks me "How much do you want to pay?". I don't want to make a payment yet I just need to get back in my account. So he says "oh we can't do anything about that, if you're locked out its because of something you did". What is the purpose of a customer service hotline if you apparently cannot help customers with anything other than making an over-the-phone payment? Disgraceful.

placed order several weeks ago DENIED by kohl's website contact kohl's.com 6 times and TOTALLY IGNORED by them PERIOD no reason given by them as WHY being IGNORED thank you

Worst ever customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Tried to get a address change on a order or even cancel it and they said there was nothing they could do. Said I could call the carrier and take care of it myself!!! What kind of service is that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was shopping in he springfield il Kohls today I was pushing one of there shopping carts in the toy section where two associates were working. I mentioned that it was difficult to get a cart through this perticular sectin of the store to which I was told carts shouldnt try to fit through there ,because I could damage boxes and noone would want to buy tgem then I was then told to park my cart out in the isle ,after we are employees we arent going to bother your stuff. I then left the area telling them , I didnt need to spend my money where employees care more about cramming stuff into tight areas rather than making it convenient for shoppers to get around. I will never shop there agaain Rude is Rude!

I ordered 5 items from kohl’s. They give you tentative delivery dates. They ship all the items separately from different store locations. The first item I received with the security tag still attached. Why do I always have such luck? So I called customer service to see what I can do since I live over an hour from the nearest store location. The customer service rep was clearly from a foreign country. It was hard to understand what he was saying. I was told that I had to wait until I received all the items to do any type of return since it’s one order and only one return can occur even though I will receive all items separately. Pretty unfair I have to wait weeks to wear an item due to their error. I will be getting a refund from my credit card if I cannot get the tag off myself. I won’t be ordering online again with kohl’s. They change their prices daily and all the regular priced items are overpriced. It’s cheap clothing. Guess I need to keep my expectations lower.

I only received 1/4 items ordered-a cribbage board that is supposed to be a gift to my dad. It looks like someone stomped on it. It was open, there is a big hole in the front that was taped back together. How am I supposed to use this as a gift now? It looks horrible.

If I could give Kohl's ZERO I would. I used the curbside pickup. When I arrived at he store, I signed in to let them know I was there and what spot I was waiting in and what I was driving. 15 minutes later when no one came out with my package, they asked my name, and when I gave it to them, they informed me that they don't have me in their system. They asked for my order # , I had to give it to them TWICE. After they found the order, they said they would bring it right out to me. 20 minutes after pulling into my spot. When I told the girl how ridiculous it was for me to wait 20 minutes for my package, she did not apologize, rather, she admonished me for not knowing what I was doing. That was the final straw, and I left after giving the employee a lesson in customer service.

Very unhappy with Kohl's buyer beware!!! My fiance bought me a ring about 6 months ago and the two prongs broke on the ring. The stone was lost. When we bought it back to the store they said unless we had the stone to bad for us!!! That was alot of money to lose and they won't make good anything.... please think twice before you buy.
