Nice that you take my money and everything then I get out of stock. That's funny cause you had my money for over 8 hours nice . And looks like others feel this way. Also funny when you order from your customer service on the phone wrong thing is mailed. But they wanted me to spend over 250 on the same purchase then when it's mailed I can return it why not do a even exchange I mean hello that seems to be the best thing . But sad cause I use to love shopping here. Nope I bet news channel would love to hear how crappy service they have.Do better kohls hopefully one day you guys will get it right.

Screw you Kohls! I ordered at 1203am and said my order was in fulfillment, (once its in that stage, order can't be canceled by customer or Kohls let their policy)... I called and customer service said it's getting ready to ship. Wake up this morning to a cancelation email. F YOU KOHLS!!!! AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE

Horrible service! They deserve to go bankrupt!

Kohls will no longer get my business. On the biggest ps5 sale night they took my money and confirmed order for 24 hours then canceled me. Hindered my cash and kept me from securing my order and the chance to grab one from a better more reputable business. Talk about dropping the ball. I hope they have to eat all that kohls cash and go out of business for treating people like this. Unacceptable will never get another penny from me.

I would have to have five no stars . kohls no they only was going sell 5 ps5 . And have the nerve to send you a email about , the order is canceled 10 hours later. I call customer service because the money came out my bank account. They told me they did not charge me . I asked so who I paid and y is it te me kohls .They said LADY U HAVE WAIT UP TO 30DAYS to receive the money back then. I went to 1 million I cuss him out very rude. Will be called my bank tomorrow .DO NOT BUY AT KOLHS U WILL GET RIPE OFF

Kolhs no the only have 5 ps5 in stock. They only wanted ppl to come . I order for 12.02. Got an email money taken out my bank which I have to wait now 30 day to received back by the way. They cancel the money is gone to kolhs. And they telling me they didn't take out the money. So who take the money then 😱😱😱.

Wish I could give a negative star. PS5 dropped at midnight. I purchased at 12:05. Was sent confirmation plus Kohl’s Cash. 11 hours later my order was canceled. Reason is they sold more than they had. They purposely pulled thousands of customers away from competitors sales dropping at the same time. We bought from you and forgave our chance at this product from other stores because we received confirmation!!! How can you sell then take it back.. highly unethical business practices buy Kohl’s! Take your Kohl’s cash and stick them where the sun doesn’t shine!!!! Never Kohl’s movement starts now!!
