Ordered gift card online. Went through. My account was frozen. I was not notified. “Fraud” department thought order was suspicious. A nightmare ensued involving employees telling me lies, involving a two hour showdown between store managers and “corporate.” Complete breakdown of service. This was a horror for all involved created by corporate staff.

I opened a kohls charge account because they were advertising 35% off the first charge online or in store. On Friday November 27, 2020 I placed my order online because most of the stuff I was looking or was sold out in store but not online. when I got charged I noticed that the 35% of my total only applies to one specific item that was already on sale and not to everything as advertised. I asked the manager about this issue and he told me that kohls does not allow to discount 95% of the items that they sell. He told me that they is only certain items that apply to the 35% discount. OK SO THIS IS FOR THE PIECE OF SH!TS THAT RUN THIS COMPANY! BEFORE THEY ASK YOU TO APPLY FOR CREDIT AND SAVE 35% OF THE FIRST PURCHASE, THEY SHOULD TELL YOU THAT IF YOU APPLY FOR A KOHLS CARD AND IF APPROVED YOU MAY NOT USE THE 35% DISCOUNT ON 95% OF THE ITEMS KOHLS SELLS. NOW LETS SEE IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS TO APPLY. THE F***!NG ANWSER IS HELL NO. I am waiting for my items so I can return them and cancel this piece of CRAP company card! I also called the company and spoke to a young lady in their office, and after 10 min. on the phone she told me that she would escalate this issue to her supervisor who for some reason was not available because there was no supervisor on the floor to take y call. But on the back round you an hear a sh!t load of people talking. All I got was a LOAD OF CRAP reference # 201129-014399. I WILL BE POSTING THIS ISSUE UP ON EVERY WEB SITE AND THIS WONT HAPPEN TO THEM AND SO PEOPLE CAN KNOW THAT IF THEY WANT A KOHLS CARD THEY CANT USE IT ON 95% OF THERE CRAP.

Experience is awful. Fine clothes and brands but might as well be shopping for a midget. Get some actual sizes and some actual clothes that normal people can wear.

Ordered on Kohl’s.com and was given an option for curbside pickup. I selected it and when the order completed, it had me picking up in store. Called customer service and the agent didn’t understand what curbside pickup was. And told me it was not available. I believe Kohl’s only wants customers to come into the store hoping they will buy more and cares nothing for customer safety. They wouldn’t even allow me to cancel the order. Kohl’s is not a decent company and will not shop there

wish i would have read your reviews online before wasting my time with your website to shop black friday. placed order for 600.00 plus which was cancelled. will never spend a second more of my time because. every one of the reviews all have the same experiences I had. I truly pray that you are one of the companies that go belly up and bankrupt because of your dishonest practices. Hopefully there will be a class action suit because my time is worth money and YOU stole that from me. You try to replace my order with non sale price items at double the charge because you want to scam. This is deceitful practices and will never shop Kohl's again. Everyone should beware of shopping Kohls online and if they try to cheat you online they will cheat you at the stores as well.

The worst website. I tried buying bras on the website for 30 minutes. I kept getting bad load times, glitches, couldn't find my address, it kept sending me to Guatamala, etc. I stopped trying and will not be buying anything from them on Black Friday. My time is valuable.

I've spent a ton of money in this store. The other day, they were selling Playstation 5s. I bought several. Of course, 150K orders got canceled due to their incompetence; however, in the email it specifically said we could keep our rewards. I was happy with that result. Then, of course, they backpedaled and said we could keep the rewards on only 1 order. I was furious because I was lied to, but whatever. So, out of curiousity, I went and checked my account today. They took ALL of it. This is a dishonest company. Truly. Do not spend your money with companies who lie, cheat, change terms, and essentially steal. Bet you will never seem my Amex Platinum again. You should have just left it alone, you'd have made a lot more money in the long run.
