Do not buy anything on kohls.com they messed up my order big time people add India messed up my order and when I called about it they were giving me the biggest attitude ever people on the internet who walks and calls doesn't know what the hell they're doing the people who works on your order on foreign countries they messed up my order it has been 3 weeks and I didn't receive my order and customer service told me in a very bad way in the very attitude told me stop calling them your order will be coming very soon so I have emailed the president of the corporate office at stores after 2 hours I just received a phone call from the corporate office president and they did a vestigation and they said I'm sorry to say this but your order was returned back for some reason there was an error problem they replaced my order and they gave me a $90 Cash Card gift card and when you speak to the agents at customer service they have the most rudest people ever they don't want to help you and want to talk over you and if you have any problems speak to the president after Corporation of this company they helped me

I shopped online at kohls for black friday and cyber Monday both times I check out and kohls took my payment only for a few days later they cancel some of my items in my order cause they are "out of stock". They need to figure out a way to keep their website updated with the actual availability of their items. This happened with both of my orders! Smh!

Tried placing an order for almost 3 days, either free shipping is a joke or something is wrong . Finally when I want to pay , website crashes. I loose sake in some items and even sizes . Finally decided to leave and go elsewhere. Black friday nightmare !!

I got $30 coupon on my purchase, and thinking would spend it after I receive the items. First day, I choose the products I may like in the cart, the second day the shipping cost is not covered by coupon. The third day one of the product is not avible to ship. The fourth day another prodcut it not aviable to ship, and the remining tee shirts goes up the the price by 50%. 20% is not able to apply if I use coupon. All these price changes happened less than 4 four day. They kept incrase price if you put things you like in cart and didn't bought it immidately. So, there is nothing I can bought with the $30 coupon.

I ordered merchandise that was lost by their shipper, LaserShip. They refunded my merchandise cost but not shipping costs. I understand if I returned the merchandise, but I NEVER RECEIVED it. Meanwhile, customer service never told me this, so I got a bill for the shipping costs for the item I never rec'd, along with a late fee! Long story short, after multiple calls to fix, I drove to Kohls and paid in cash, $10.52 . Yes $10.52. Really horrible how they treat a customer. I closed my account and will NEVER go again! Ever.

it was terrible at Kohl’s store today. I came to hand over my things, and there were problems with refunds, but the employee spoke to me very rudely and even shouted, I still don’t understand why? She could not accurately explain the problem to me, freaked out and left. I called the manager, and she also laughed at me, but she could not return my money, she told me to call department Kohl’s and figure it out myself, they did not help me at all. I didn't like this store, but now I won't go there anymore. Very rude and inattentive workers.

I placed an order on cyber monday, I had over 200.00 of clothing, and 3.5 hours before ending, it would not take my kohls card, asked for help, it would been past midnight, so i kept trying to use kohls card, but in the meantime, alot of my purchases were sold out while trying to make my card work....bottom line, kohls card did not work, so i used my discover card, so lost my 20% off, it said it billed my discover card, so i closed down my computer thinking that i would just talk with Kohls and they would make that 20% right with me, after I had been on computer for hours shopping and then 3 hours trying to pay with a credit card. Got on computer on Tuesday, and it showed i had no orders, so i went to help, put me off for 31 minutes, and i gave up, after seeing i could still get the 20% off, but then I lost Kohls bucks. So I went back on HELP, and they said it would be 81 minutes to wait, it was over 11/2 hours, to wait to talk to agent, explained, he could not do anything to help me out, even though it was within the time....so all my work of shopping and paying, and trying to get problem resolved it, was a waste of about 10 hours. Thanks Kohls, I will find another store, that treats the customer fairly....As the reviews are showing, I am not the only one with concerns off online shopping....If I wasn't quarantined I would have been shopping in person....

I placed an order during their pre black friday sale for the Ninja Foodi Grill which was on sale for $169 plus 15% off with the coupon which brought it down to $144. Added a couple more items then placed the order. I was to receive $68 in Kohls . cash for the order that could be used the following week. Delivery was to be between dec 1- dec 8, which wasn't too bad. Well today I logged into my account to check the status of the order and the order wasn't there. Then noticed that the items were still in the cart but the foodi grill was out of stock, with a message saying I needed to change that item before the order could be completed. Couldn't believe this crap ! This is over a week since the original order was placed. Never received an email stating it was out of stock. if I did I would have ordered it elsewhere. There were several other places selling it for the same price, I only choose kohls because of the 15% coupon. Now it's sell for well over $200 everywhere. I even took a screenshot of the order confirmation page, so I thought I was all set. And to top it all off they took away the kohls cash earn for that purchase and the cash I was using on the purchase. Called customer service, what a joke that was. They said i never finished my order on that day hence i would not get the kohls cash and that my other had expired. When I told them I had the screenshot showing that the order had been completed they said it must have been an error in their system. Yet they could do nothing about it, except try and upsell me a model I didn't want. I'm done with them.
