I have been a loyal customer of Kohl's for more than 14 years, and I have always had a pleasant time while in the stores. Employee's are courteous, and the stores are always clean. The prices for their clothes can't be beat, and the quality of the clothes that are available are not "cheap" quality either. The Kohl's cash incentives are an excellent extra special bonus. I recently bought 8 pair sock/lotion gifts to be able to help a personal cause my sister in law and I are trying to put care packages together for some teenagers whom want to come to school but don't always have clean clothes or even a place to live. We've been gathering for a special high school. The clearance prices are helping us there.

I ordered 5 shirts (3 different orders) from kohls.com. I had to call because I had expired kohls cash. The operator was great and was able to use my kohls cash. She placed the orders for me and even did a ship to store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. When I went to pickup, I was in and out within 10 minutes. Customer service has always been super helpful to me at Kohls.

Each and every time I ever shop at Kohl’s I have always had a pleasant shopping experience returns are never a hassle and I honestly can say I give Kohl’s a 5 Star rating. I returned some recent Christmas items and I received Kohl’s cash and made an additional online purchase and received an email immediately to pickup my order. I will continue to shop at Kohl’s no problem or worries here 🥰 absolutely love kohl’s!!!!!

Excellent customer service

ReAnna Meadows, was a very helpful employee. She made sure that I had everything I needed and was very nice and patient. She was over all amazing.

I got an associate named ReAnna she’s very upbeat and loves talking with the customers. She does everything in her power to get you to apply for a credit, although it’s annoying how many times they have to ask, I understand retail considering I work retail. She’s really funny and sweet and very understanding. Applying with her for a credit is really quick and she helps you through it all. And she’s the only associate that I’ve had that actually shows me the original price and the sale price and shows me what I save and everything I purchased ! Highly recommend her

Today I was treated very special. My online order was missing an item when I picked it up in my store in Timonium, MD. I'd been credited for the item but I need it tomorrow. The manager, Steve, personally helped me find a replacement garment and charged me almost half of the sale price, which was already half price. And I didn't have to wait in line. I'm surprised at the number of bad reviews. I've been shopping Kohl's for many years and have been very happy with the prices, the merchandise, the service from the employees, etc. And now I have another reason to like Kohl's and to spread the word.

Kohl's has some good deals. I placed an order online, it came damaged because wasn't packed properly, but I spoke with customer service and they handled the issue right away and sent me a replacement. I had a very good experience with them.
