I would NEVER order from Kohl's Again in Life! I recommend No one does. Their customer service is almost impossible to comprehend. I called because my order was cancelled and No one there can tell me why. On top of that it took them 20 seconds to take the money out of my account and I have yet to receive a refund. This is Horrible I called and spoke with several agents and due to the language barrier I did not get anything resolved when you call to corporate of course it's only answering services. I will not stop until something is done about this. I will go to EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLET, NEWS STATION TO ENSURE NO ONE ELSE ENDURES THIS SITUATION. They are not helpful. I am still waiting on a supervisor to give me a call back. KOHl'S is NOT GOOD! DO NOT SHOP OR BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Look at the reviews on other sites for kohls they are BAD. I will never do business with kohls again and suggest others to do the same. If you order online and need to return an item you may be stuck with the item or paying to have it shipped back. Money out of your pocket because of their inferior product.

They at times, give cash coupon offer at the door to use that day. They don't apply the amount, even the same day, on return of the item you buy with their cash coupon offer.

I placed an order on 12/7/2025 and one item was delivered on 12/12/2025 but the other one was not... So, I called Kohl's customer service and the auto info stated that my order was completed but it was not. I spoke to thier rep and she stated that USPS had the order.. So, I called the post office and ask them why they do not deliver my package, pos office stated that a label was created on 12/9/2025 but Kohl's warehouse has not informed them to pickup. The order was for the same two items. So, Kohl's lied about my shipment. I have to wait until 12/15/2025 to call Kohl's back. That is the shipping time frame. Why would they not shipped the whole order?

I ordered and paid for a 24 inch Santa and they sent me a 12 inch Santa!! They lie, only have chatbots for customer service, and made my return incredibly difficult!!

Kohl's has become the worst store imaginable with a dishonest and ridiculous overpricing system that makes one believe that they are getting a real bargain by using the percentages off and Kohl's Cash. In fact, you can find almost all of their name brand items at other stores for less money without 'discounts'. Their Customer Service for online purchases is appallingly subpar and their delivery times so slow that by the time you receive the item you may no longer need it. Goodness help you if your package is lost at some point in the shipping process!!! They will make you wait an additional 2 weeks before they will resend the order (and at this point the item is usually out of stock) or refund you. The store used to be great for basic items but they continue to try a be an upscale retailer. They are not. And never will be.

My online order was lost and I contacted kohls and they told me on 2 separate times that I had to give it more time even though tracking showed no movement. Today I contacted customer service again and asked for a refund. I was told they would send replacement order but I insisted on a refund. Now I have to wait 30 days for refund. That means they have kept my money for over 45 days and I have nothing.
