Do not order online!!! I made this mistake 3 yrs ago and vowed never again when they sent it to an address that I lived at 9 yrs ago and was not able to make good on it. Well, I ordered again. 2 candles, leggings and boots. I hear a jingle.. Yep, candle is broke. It is a huge box and everything is just thrown in it. No packing materials at all. The leggings now have glass slivers and wax on them. Now I need to go to the store to exchange and hope they still have the leggings in the size and scent of the candle. No excuse. I have the pictures of how it is packed.. crazy

I will not be ordering from Kohls again and would strongly encourage anyone considering it to reconsider. I ordered a KC Chiefs Jersey a month ago and paid one day shipping. Two days later the package said it was still stuck in a FedEx facility one state over. I called Kohls and they refunded me the shipping. A couple more days and it was still at the FedEx facility so I gave them a call. Fed Ex told me THE PACKAGE WAS EMPTY so they stopped transporting it. I called Kohls back and they told me I had to wait 12 days to give them time to track and find the package and send it to me (even though FedEx confirmed it was empty). So, I waited. 12 Days later I called saying I never received the package or a refund. They told me I would be issued a refund, but it could take up to 7 days to arrive in my account....Here I am, 7 days later and an ENTIRE MONTH after placing my order still without a refund or package.

I have been trying to contact Kohl’s about an order for weeks now. I am so frustrated. I first traveled all the way to the store to return an order. It was a pickup order. The woman cancelled the order. I asked her for a receipt and how much will be refunded to me and she told me that nothing will be charged to my credit card since I never technically picked the order up. Of course, I checked my credit card bill and the charge was there. I then called kohl’s customer service. I have called 5 times and all 5 times, could not get through. Two out of the five times, I waited on hold for over a half hour and all of a sudden, it brought me to the kohl’s survey (as if the call was done!) I had no choice but to answer the survey questions..and then it hung up on me when the survey was done! After the 30 minutes it put me through to a survey knowing it would end my call! So infuriating. THEN I tried calling back and of course was prompted to try the kohl’s chat online....since the hold times were way too long for them to help me I guess. I went on the kohl’s chat twice and it said someone would assist me soon and no one ever showed up on the chat. I’ve had it up for hours and no one has gotten in touch with me. I’ve just been waiting alone on the chat. I have called three more times today and still cannot get through and I’m afraid to stay on the call for longer than a half hour because I’m afraid the same thing that happened before will happen again and that they will hang up on me!!!! Do NOT shop at kohl’s. I am so frustrated beyond belief. I am owed money that I will probably never receive.

I placed an order for a Bday gift on the 24th. Was told ETA would be Nov. 30th, very latest on the 2nd, which would have been last date I could receive to make on time for Bday. It is now the 4th and being told its not arriving until the 5th. So, missed bday gift and need for product. Very disappointed Nd should I have known, I would have ordered from someone else. 2 weeks for delivery, really? Should have gone through Amazon.

One of if not the worst store I have ever done business with. I ordered a pair of mens work boot (almost $200) they sent me $20 worth of women's clothing. They refuse to give me back what I paid for next day shipping (took a week for the wrong order to get to me) and when I called them about a refund they first told me the money would be back in my account with in 7 days now they email me saying it will take 30 business days. Just don't do business with them they are a terrible company and they just don't care. This was my first time every doing business with them and I promise it was also my last.

I ordered from kohl’s early Black Friday sale on 11/22. The next day I was notified that my package was ready to be shipped. However, usps never received the package from kohl’s. I waited over half an hour on hold to get offshore customer service. Where a man told me that like magic my package was going to arrive tomorrow even though the Postal Service hasn’t received it. Then I asked to speak to this man supervisor assuming he doesn’t understand the United States Postal Service. The supervisor basically tells me he can’t do anything. So, after wasting an hour and getting zero assistance, I figure I will try their chat option. Well, I waited an hour and a half on hold this time around. The customer service rep said “let me look into it” and returned with a chat ID and tried to leaved the chat. Didn’t even tell me what the chat ID was for? When I ask him to elaborate, he says that I can message back in at a later time and Kohl’s will take care of everything for me. Why can’t you do that? why do I have to come back at a later time? when is this later time? So, instead of responding to my question he says “is there anything else I can help you with?” You didn’t even finish helping me with the issue I came for? Absolute terrible customer service.

Until this year, Kohl's has been a good company. Orders placed this year have been messed up at every turn. The most recent order submitted was incorrect but I could not cancel it because I could not get a CSR on the chat or on the phone. Now they have given me tracking numbers but have not transferred all of the packages to UPS. Contacted support and was told they would not look into this until it has been 12 days.

I have been trying to purchase nine items on kohl’s.com for the past two days. Although I have updated all of my account information, the order will not go through. I had 12 items in my cart to begin with and by the time I was notified that the order didn’t complete, several of the items were out of stock. Now I’ve been waiting for a customer service agent on both the phone and online for over 30 minutes.
