Shipping is slow as frozen ice. Package has had a label for 10 days and ups still doesn't have it. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Chat is worthless, 58 minute hold to no where. I am done using them no matter how cheap they are.

I ordered a "Shark" brand Smart vacuum, Early November. But I never received it, when I tracked my item, I was told that the item was either broken or stolen during the shipping process. I waited for 3 weeks to hear news about my refund or if I was going to get another vacuum shipped to me but I didn't hear anything from Kohl's. So I called today to get some information about my item, not only did I have to wait for 30 minutes on hold to be helped but the associate that answered the customer service call her name was Nicole and I believe her ID number is 1085 but couldn't be sure because she didn't speak clearly enough for me to hear. But this associate was extremely rude during this call, my item was broken / stolen from what was recorded in the tracking website and she tried to tell me that I had to wait till this item got returned from UPS for me to receive my refund even though I've been waiting for 3 weeks already. And if I wanted a new vacuum I had to repurchase it after I already paid for this item without receiving a refund nor was the item ever in my presence. And when I try to tell this associate that these two policies were ridiculous, she put me on hold again for 30 minutes without telling me she was going to place me on hold, she did this when I was still speaking to her. I stayed on hold hoping she would come back so I could asked for her correct name and ID number. But 30 minutes later the operator told me to press the number 5 to rering the associate that I was speaking to, the associate did not answer the call because the operator told me that the associate was no longer available. I had to wait an extra hour on hold for another associate to be able to answer my call and help me. I was taken aback by the way I was treated by this associate because I've been a loyal customer with a Kohl's charge for years but also as someone who used to work for Kohl's as well. I was thankful for the associate Kim who answered my call after. He was very helpful in reporting the other associate that answered my call before him. To which he told me that the previous associate never even made the case for me either. He was able to help me reorder the vacuum and transfer the payment I did for the vacuum that was stolen/broken to the new one, with information on when this new order should be delivered. This associate definitely restored my faith in Kohl's, because after my experience with the past associate I was ready to cancel my Kohl's charge and never shop at Kohl's or order anything from Kohl's again.

Horrible paid for order, then a hold on card for entire amount again until I receive all items. No tracking number yet for 1 item. I HATE KOHLS.

Worst customer service ..They don't know anything we ask even order status or where the item currenly or even out of stock, in stock info..Wondering how they survive in business

Never order from them I ordered this comforter set on November 12th from this site bc the delivery dates showed November 18-25. The 25th would be the date I would need it as we were closing on our house on the 25th. It never arrived so I contacted customer service who was absolutely no help at all. They stated that I could not request a refund until 10 days after the carrier last put in an update. After speaking with several supervisors I still did not get a resolution so I just waited and bought another comforter set for the meantime. The package finally arrived per FedEx tracking but when I got home there was no package and no signs of delivery on my Ring Doorbell. I contacted customer service that day and again requested a refund. I was told I had to wait 7 actual days but I still haven't received my money back yet. The cost I paid was $172.98 and I want my money back. I called in again on the 7th day to see why I haven't received my refund and was told they changed their refund policy on December 1st. Even though I requested a refund prior to the change of the policy the request was not submitted until December 3rd and I have to wait 14 days not 7. This is absolutely ridiculous not only did they not guarantee the delivery time they committed to but the package was never even delivered and now they are giving me the run around about my refund. I order online all the time especially since the pandemic and Kohls is the only store I've had an issue with. I will never shop with this store again. It is now 2021 and these people are playing in my account putting in a refund then taking it out days later like I purchased something. I've been holding for a supervisor for a while everyone is foreign and I'm sick of it. This is absurd how are you playing around with my account a month later. They need to be sued. Please if you're reading this DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE they are crooks and you cannot get a resolution.

Ordered 3 shirts for myself,4 shirts for my wife all at same time,received one of my shirts one day and the other two in separate shipments for the next two days,haven’t received wife’s yet what kind of shipping method do they use,I would think they could lower there cost if they shipped everything in one package instead of separate packages,worst shipping I’ve ever seen,hopefully the other shirts will arrive ,I don’t want to go through what I’ve seen some of you stated.

I am only giving one star because I have to! Kohl’s has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Not only do you get someone on a foreign country who has no idea what you are talking about and gives false information when you call. When you go in the store they say they are not affiliated and refuse to help you! They give you the middle finger basically! I have had nothing, but bad experiences with them for the past week! I will NEVER shop from them again and hope this reaches someone else before they make the same mistake by purchasing from them!

I have shopped at Kohl's for many years, I have always liked this company. However, during COVID true colors started to show. They are out for themselves and their own best interest- not the consumers- not the ones who keep them in business. Let's see how long they stay in business with experiences like this. I will not be shopping with them again.
