Zero stars. They invalidated $80 in Kohl’s cash when I actually placed my order, without applying it. When I called to their incompetent customer service, they said it would be refunded. It never was. To top it off they overcharged my bank card by $52 on the price without the Kohl’s Cash applied, then acted stupid when I called to contest it. This company is nothing short of criminal, and should be ashamed of their lack of integrity and incompetence.

The Kohls in St George Utah is like shopping in a third world country! A total mess....clothes thrown everywhere...no order whatsoever...bring back the old days of shopping in neat and organized stores!

Completely inaccessible. You wait for 60 minutes on a chat and they disconnect you. Phones are never answered. Orders sit in a cue for weeks with no way to find out if they'll ever ship, until of course you get the "your order has been canceled" email. Total disrespect for their customers, but keep that Kohl's cash coming so you think I'll come back. Shame on you Kohl's. Your customer service sucks.

I ordered gift cards for my granddaughters on November 30. USPS repeatedly says that it is in transit. I am very upset with the delivery of these cards. There is no reason for mere cards to take this long to deliver. I have determined that Kohls will no longer get any of my business because of this poor service.

I put in an order on November 27,2020..This is the first time I ordered on line and the last.I was not updated on my order which was suppose to be a Christmas present.I called customer service which took forever.I talked to a customer service person.she looked up my order and said it was going to be shipped back to them and my account will be credited in a month when they get it..I thought wow I didn't even have a choice of my order being resent to me.Poor,poor customer service..I will be doing my business else where...

I ordered 11/27 ...today is 12/16. Still not here. I understand the busy holiday and covid effecting times alittle BUT to pay for shipping and not have answers, packages or a refund is awful customer service. I will never order from them again. Update- 12/19 still no delivery date known. I paid $9 in shipping costs. I really wish I would've read the other reviews first before ordering. This is stealing.

OH WOW! They do have an issue with there website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had the same issue where I updated my MAIN billing address and shipping address, everything was correct on the confirmation page of the website. However, when the order shipped, it shipped to my OLD ADDRESS from 10 YEARS AGO. So of course I call Kohls customer service, wait forever on hold, for the CSR in another country I could not understand, tells me that she CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME! These are Christmas gifts I said and I have never had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She stated to call back once the order has shipped to get a refund. I have never heard of this ever for online orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KOHLS AGAIN! I am currently waiting on hold again for 20 minutes and they better give me my money back. ATTN: KOHL'S MANAGEMENT Fix your website and replace your outsourced Customer Service ASAP! You are losing customers by the second due to your poor choices!

They sold my credit card information and then lied about it for 3 hours in the phone.I have fraudulent charges from OHIO at 11:30pm and I live in NC, they customer service reps are not helpful in the LEAST. The FTC has already fined them for this in June of 2020 and they are continuously destroying their customers credit!!!!
