I wash shopping for Gold Necklaces for my Granddaughters...Kohls Plano West were out of stock... I had to use the (computer in store to order 3 necklaces.. This completely stressed me.... I was fortunate as ATZU was available to Help me put in my order ... She was extremely knowledgeable and patient, kind, no stress ...even when the machine kicked us out a few times.... I have had nothing but great service from Kohl's. I have experienced slower delivery time due to the COVID pandemic, but it's too be expected. Every time I need to contact a customer service rep I I am always greeted with professional, efficient representatives! And the Kohl's Cash is great as well!

Frankly, I've never ordered stuff online here but I like the store, like a year ago I bought two identical pair of shoes (one for my brother and one for me). It was the best purchase I've ever made. I'm still in live with those sneakers

I did the majority of my Christmas shopping from Kohl's online for the past 2 years now. I do a lot of comparing before I make a purchase and when I use their generous Kohl's coupons and rewards, I get unbelievable savings. If there is something I am not so pleased with, they make returns as simple as can be. The only thing I have noticed more lately, is that it seems more items are not eligible for the discount coupons. Not sure if that is a manufactures decision or if Kohl's has any say in it, but it does limit some purchases for me. They are on the top of my list though when there is something I need to buy. Thanks Kohl's, for continuing to try so hard to please your customers!

I just received the email regarding temporary closure and what you are doing for the associates during that time. I’ve been I long time shopper of kohl’s and love just about everything about kohl’s! Kohl’s is amazing and what you did for your employees shows just how amazing you really are.

I held a dress shirt and it got lost. The staff members couldn’t find it. Jacob, a staff member there, was so nice to help me find different shirts. The price was higher than before, but they reduced it to the original price for me. They were so nice! Jacob is the most professional guy ever. He should be recognized.

Love Kohls marketing strategy. Especially when your getting multiple discounts at once. Items and merchandise are good quality, and by far better than Walmart or Amazon.
