I ordered a Shark Navigator on line. It arrived promptly and I tried it out the next day. It cleans but is entirely too unwieldly for someone with back problems. I returned it to the local store and the customer service person couldn't have been any nicer. It is so nice doing business with a company that knows how to treat customers. Kudos.

I love Kohls. I have always had EXCELLENT customer service in store. I was reading these recent bad reviews and 95% seem like user error and nothing to be blaming the company for. Kohl's has also done so much to protect customers and staff alike during the pandemic and people seem to be trashing them for it. I don't understand. Great products, sales and nice clean and easy to shop stores.

Ordered some pasta bowls that I found online on clearance!! Regular price $50. I paid $16.62. Ordered online Thursday night, set myself up to receive a text message when my order was ready. Friday morning text received, stating my order was ready at the store for pickup. Walked into the Victorville store with my phone, showed the associate my order number and the deal was done! Less than 5 minutes in the store! I will shop online again.
