Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

I have shop at Kohl's for more years than i care to admit. And have found that the quality of the merchandise that i purchase and a typically the people at kohls try to do the right thing. I have been blessed to recently receive a job at Kohls seasonal help. I love this company more know than I ever have. So please be patient as most people during this time of year are just trying their best to assist everyone in a timely fashion.

I purchased a wallet from the ROYCE company at Kohls on-line. Upon receiving it, I was very happy with the quality and practicality of this purchase.

I ordered a runner for front hall through online rep., she ordered the wrong color, when I realized as soon as I rec'd my email confirmation I tried to cancel but It said that the rug had already been sent to fulfillment ctn (within minutes) and could not be cancelled, I called the online # and the girl said she could not cancel but would refund my money and to keep the rug, I then saw tracking telling me that they were now able to intercept the rug and have it returned to them in spite of being told to keep it, NOW THEY COULD INTERCEPT but when I asked them to cancel they told me I would have to go to kohl's in person during covid to return, even though I explained I am in a high risk group with a heart condition, (when I asked for a supervisor the girl offered to refund my money and I could keep the runner) but the company then decided to rescind on her offer; they never sent an email explaining I had to see through tracking and to top it all off they did not reimburse me the $20 cash back that I had used even though it was their error ! So I spent over a hundred dollars for another rug and now lost out on that cash back because they made this error, this is not my only horrid kolh's experience but it will be my last !

Khols has been amazing during all this covid 19.

I have a real complaint w/Kohl's based on online shopping experience, when I did my homework to look for reviews of Kohl's shopping online problems what I found was nothing more than hate groups unfortunatley many of whom are tied to police families misrepresenting BLM as a terrorist org, and a hate group, when in fact this org is against the hatred of racism. Shame on u trust pilot for allowing all of this info that should be spent in their hate spewing social media accounts and not used in this platform to rate a retail outlet for which your purpose is. I am looking for serious information regarding Kohl's business practices, not read stories of hate platforms lying about the BLM org and what they represent. Do your homework people before u start spewing typical Trump Lies about fact based issues. Trust me, u cannot believe the majority of what comes out of his mouth. Do your homework!!!!! Misinformation is a cancer, and does more harm and division of this country i.e. than truly doing your civic duty to know the facts before u spout off. I support Kohl's right to make the decision to sell anything that promotes non hatred and the proper understanding of BLM. This rating of Kohl's is totally untrue based on hatred spouting and nothing to do with their service or business ethics. Grow Up All Of U and quit misusing these foundations for truthful input.

Kohl’s has surprised me with its customer service. Tony, Employee ID 014J is one of the best employees ever! He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and beyond humble! We need more CS reps like him. He is def supervisor\management material!

Favorite store. Great prices and love their sales.
