This is not a very child friendly place. Yea they have carts with a child seat on the front but it is very hard to fit a diaper bag in the cart also you can't take a car seat in there without having to carry it around.

The sizing for women's and junior's is 100% off. When I try to shop for business wear, and the sizes are so off I pick the next size up which ends up being WAY too big but the next size down is too small! Then your women's blazers...I had to pick out a size 14 because a size 8, 10, and 12 were so small I couldn't even fit my arms into them! I am not a big girl by any means, so this is just ridiculous that I can't find any sizes that would fit me. its either too small or way too big. Because of this, I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again. Poor quality and whom ever made these clothes is TERRIBLE!

Just returned from my shopping experience at Kohl's. I have never been so disappointed. The staff at our local store (Palm Bay, Fl) were stocking during the day. Why? There were racks and racks of merchandise everywhere. I was constantly having to get out of their way. Shopping during Holiday time is bad enough. Why did they have to empty out the back room all at the same time? It was a big mess. Isles blocked everywhere in the back half of the store.

I love the quality and selection available at kohl's. Even more, I appreciate all of the money-saving promotions, deep discounts, customer appreciation deals, coupons and online shopping codes. The problem is that I never seem to receive all of the items I order, this is particularly frustrating when ordering around the holidays for for birthday gifts. I've had items suddenly back ordered, cancelled altogether, and that was marked shipped but never received which meant the hassle of submitting a complaint and processing a refund for a product I was really excited about. I do like the brick and mortar store, though the clothes are always such a mess. Buy at your own risk.

I shop here often. Went shopping the day after christmas thinking things would have calmed down a little bit. Nope, the line was still going around the store, which is fine. I understand, everyone likes shopping at Kohl's. Well I have two items, so I went to the jewelry counter where they have a cash register and she just checked someone out and all I did was ask if it was possible if she could check me out. She was VERY rude about it and said "If you're not purchasing any jewelry items, then no I'm not checking you out." I was very surprised by this considering this is the bottleneck of the store, instead of just standing there and looking at these jewelry cases, why not check a few customers out? I'm sorry, but I find that rule a little silly, just think of all the money your missing out on because of customers coming in and seeing that line and turning around and walking out. Well Kohl's missed out on at least a $75 purchase from me and it's going to take a little while for me to get over that rude employee you had behind the jewelry counter on Dec 26th around 1pm-2pm.

I was returning a shirt that my husband received for Christmas (return value $8). They did not have another of the same shirt in his size so I selected another shirt that was a name brand and much more expensive ($25). Waiting in the "customer service" line, I had everything ready to go....my return with a receipt in one hand and my new (more expensive) shirt and Kohls MVC card in the other hand. I really felt I was helping the "customer service" specialist and the people in line behind me - just by being prepared. I explained I wanted to make the return and exchange it for the new shirt, handing over my MVC card to make up for the known difference. I was told I could only return the shirt and would have to receive an in store credit then go to a check out line in the front of the store to wait again and make my purchase. Asking why, I was told because it was not an even exchange and that there was a line behind me. I explained they did not have the same shirt in the size I needed, which is why I did not have the even exchange. Since I had everything ready and it was taking the specialist longer to explain this to me and create the in-store credit card than It would have to scan the UPC code and swipe my MVC card. I have to say I was most disappointed when turning around and seeing an elderly gentleman at the end of the line. He had a return in one hand of shoes/slippers and long underwear packages to purchase in the other. I didn't wait around to see if he was treated the same way as it was very likely that he did not have an even exchange. I sure hope the "customer service" specialist made an exception to this poor policy for him. Shame on you Kohls.
