I am shocked at your decision to cancel My Pillow products due to your political stance. I “was” a VERY loyal customer for many years. I loved your merchandise. But, you have since lost me, my family and friends and as I have been reading other reviews probably 80,000,000 more will do the same as myself. You should be ashamed....!!!

I always shop at Kohls but the balance l owe will be the last money l spend there..due to the political stance the company has taken concerning my pillow founder Mike Lindell...change your position, apologize and bring back my pillow and l might change my mind..until then..I'll be shopping elsewhere.

Seems to me that now is not the time to alienate what few customers you have. Retail establishments should be courting business not driving it away because of political views. Will never shop there again. Hope you go bankrupt

Kohls is now on my "do not buy from list". Your canceling of My Pillow products because of the cancel culture is anti American and disgusting. What of the many thousands of "My Pillow" employees. Do you have no regard for them. Great company, great products great CEO. Say good buy to 80 million potential customers. Your position is downright Stupid! I had placed an order for delivery to my address. I received notice my item was delivered... but it was not. It was delivered to a Kohl’s warehouse in another state!!! Customer service refused to send a replacement. They also would not process a refund justifying it by claiming a refund will automatically be processed by the facility which received it. This is so ridiculous. Then the rep had the nerve to tell me to just buy a replacement!!! So, wait...you will not process my refund, you will not facilitate a replacement, but you just want me to spend more money? This is an epic fail for customer service. Between this theft and cancel culture I need to move on from Kohl’s.
