Kohl's online is such a horrible experience every time. Anything good about the company is dashed to bits because of trying to sign in. Most times that I tried to log in, the password is not recognized. I thought it was me for the longest time. But I was told by a customer service representative that it has been a problem with everyone. But they choose not to fix it. I can't imagine how much business is lost and how many accounts were closed because of the screwed up website.

I will never shop at Kohls again and I come from a family totaling 49 people and we all feel the same way. Kohls has felt it necessary to get involved in poltics and boycott a vendor because they don't agree with the vendor's patriotic duty of reporting voter fraud. And their products are sub par and the customer service is terrible.

Will never shop there again. Stay out of politics.

As a past resident and graduate of Menomonee Falls East, I was proud to connect Kohls to Menomonee Falls. I can even remember when Kohls used to be a grocery store. Well this all ended when Kohls decided to become a political entity a couple of weeks ago with the announcement to not carry My Pillow merchandise. Kohls reason was lack of business but the public is smart enough to not accept this reason. Our family shopped at Kohls for over 40 years because of their offerings as a department store period. We have canceled our Kohls account and are sending back our credit cards to Kohls corporate headquarters; Ms. Michelle Gass (CEO), N56 W17000 Ridgewood Dr, Menomonee Falls, WI 53051. Since you have decided that discriminating and its owner against “My Pillow” and ultimately free speech i nor any of my friends or family will be buying anything there!

Refusing to offer My Pillow products to appease outside political interests is offensive to me. I will not buy any more from Kohls

Is this still America? Is this the wonderful country that I grew up in? Is it now a country where companies drop products such as Mike Lindell's because they don't believe in his political views? What is happening to free speech? If this continues we will no longer live in a country where we have a free market. How disappointing that your company has caved to the far left cancel culture. My expectation is that you will see your profits fall, and it will help you realize the error you have made. God bless America! Let's keep it the glorious country it has always been.

Customer service is really and very poorly not knowing anything about all there services like Egift cards and who deals with them. My son just got ripped off big time. long story short after a month of going back and forth and being told to wait and talk to this dep and that dept. Well today was told that i spent my gift card on the 12th and 14th Jan 2021. I had called them on the 16th Jan like i was told and no mention that the card was used and told that they never heard of the dept that handles e gift cards . Kohls is the one who gave me the number to call by email and yet no one knows anything. So my son and i had our accounts looked in to and no sign of anything hacked. So Kohls i am very disappointed in how you handled all this and with no real respect for the consumer You made me feel like you did not care and i felt like i did not matter. This happened on your end and you can not admit it.This could have been resolved from the beginning if employees had the tools and the knowledge of the Kohls company. I could have had my gift a lot lot sooner and not some one else. Very poor customer service
