Run. As long as you are consistently ordering their cheap quality products this company loves you. However, along with other scam operations they will close your account during the Covid pandemic as soon as you miss a payment or two or three. Hello, people are unemployed.

First of I am upset because I have been eyeing an item for a couple of months and waiting for the right sale. Finally today you have the sale I was waiting for so at 6:15 A.M. when I went to my cart ( I had already put the item in the cart) the item was conveniently "out of stock". Well, then I decided to read your reviews to see if others had the same experience. WAS I IN FOR AN EYE OPENER!!! Refusing to stock American made products because you do not support our president. God instructs us to respect those he has placed in authority over us. One day you will stand before God to answer your decision. Now, I am glad that you are "out of stock" because I do not want to give my business here. I going to take out all of the items in my cart and do my purchasing elsewhere.

I have been a Kohl's customer for as long as they have been in the Chicago suburbs. I have a charge card. Because of Covid, I am now spending less money. I was $118 short of spending their $600 minimum to get free shipping once a month. I can order a only $25 at Macy's to get free shipping. I haven't ordered a thing from Kohl's since they stopped my monthly free shipping. They need to have more customer friendly shipping policies.

Kohls removed the My Pillow product from their stores taking political sides and sending a clear message to its customers who choose to support President Trump. Apparently Kohls does not need the millions of Trump supporters’ business. Bad business move. My charge card has been destroyed...bye!
