My mother bought me a pair of slippers Clark brand online for Christmas. they came and we were very happy with them they are good slippers but unfortunately mine were defective. One month after I got them the soul started coming off my right shoe and also the rubber sole separated into three on my left slipper. Not a happy camper! I called Kohl's and since I had no receipt and threw away the bag because Kohl's is supposed to have good merchandise and the man flat out refused to exchange them because I had no gift receipt showing that we bought them online at Kohl's because who would have thought my slippers would have ripped like that one month after I got them and you can clearly see it on my mom's bill whether I have the receipt or not they should be able to look that up but they did not do that either they looked at my last purchase which were slippers for a man and said he could not see any slippers that we ordered, how's that when it was on our bill clearly? So now I have messed up expensive slippers that I have had to glue quite a few times and I am about ready to throw them away I think this is bad customer service and not a good way to run your business! Very disappointed with Kohl's and customer service!!

I am so disappointed that Kohl’s dropped My Pillow products for no good reason that I’ve decided to drop any and all shopping at Kohl’s.

What happened to Diversity and Inclusion at Kohl's? Inclusion, is accepting those for their differences, political, economic, social, ethnicity, gender etc. So, when the CEO and Team decides to exit a man and his products (Mypillow) for his political beliefs, it screams the opposite of INCLUSION! Shame on the Kohls Team, you need to stay out of politics and stick to what you know..and sometimes don't quite know-retail. Not everyone who works and shops at your stores share your one sided views. You've lost my business...and those I convince to also cancel their accounts..... see how that INCLUSION WORKS??

I am so sorry the Kohl's store is not interested in keeping customers or jobs for American workers at My Pillow. I am also sorry to see you are letting politics run your business. With final regrets my husband and I will no longer be shopping at Kohl's. L. Rawles

After almost every visit , I leave disappointed and asking myself.. why do I bother coming here. The cheap clothes last only one season or a dozen wash cycles. The discount mailers exclude almost every brand I like and the shoe dept is generally a disaster. Sorry Kohl's, your future does not look very bright.
