Fraudulent sales practices. Are they common at Kohl's Here is my recent experience with your company I will be writing a google review today. I purchased 2 shams Kohl's claimed reg price of $79.99 each charged me a sale price $39.99 and one King Quilt Kohl's claimed reg price of $344.99 and charged me $172.49. The items arrived with Suggested price tags of $29.99 each for the shams and $129.99 as suggested price for the Quilt. I want answers now. I have documentation as proof.

Ordered a gift on Feb 9th. Paid $20 for 2day expedited shipping. It’s now Feb 19th. No gift. They have sent it twice now and still nothing. The kohls cash incentives are useless. They have a very limited window of use and like another poster said, they will refuse to honor sales. Customer service is in India and constantly disconnects you. When you reach them they just read off a script. Their goods are grossly overpriced so the constant save 15% sales really mean nothing. The women’s clothing is appalling. Unstylish and poorly made. Whenever my package finally shows up I’m cancelling my kohls charge account. Company is a joke.

Most of us reason that true diversity is equal representation within the population. But not Kohl's. It seems Kohl's overwhelmingly omits white people from their advertisements. Bear with me. In Kohl's online ads today, they featured 23 faces of which only 1 person was Caucasian. That sole white person was female. There were zero white men in this ad. Ask yourself why they would omit relatable images in its ads for over 50% of USA shoppers. Do they hate whites? Do they believe white people ran out of money? Does this strategy somehow contribute to a better society or is it just a kneejerk attempt to bandwagon on a current social trend. Peeking behind the curtain, Michele Gass, Kohl's white female CEO filled 100% of her top seven executive positions with only white people, of which five are white men. Hmm… big on white buddies at the executive level while publicly distancing themselves from anything white and/or conservative. What a bunch of dopes. Like many companies today Kohl's apparently believes consumers are too gullible to see past their facade. Someone should advise Kohl's to stay away from politics and the cancel culture as it will surely bite them later. Considering their stock price is the same as it was 20 years ago, Kohl's will hopefully come to realize they can't game loyalty.

Kohl's had a deal recently in which I bought a cookware set and earned $45 in "Kohl's Cash" thatI can use on my next purchase, up until February 21st. Great, so just add an item to cart, apply the Kohl's Cash, checkout, and save $45. Except THREE TIMES now, I ordered an item just for it to be CANCELLED shortly thereafter with NO EXPLANATION. Most of Kohl's inventory is grossly overpriced, even after subtracting $45 from total, and then when you actually find a good deal, they can just blatantly cancel your order for no reason. Kohl's is a scam.

Disappointed to see MyPillow merchandise removed. Excellent quality products made in America, made by American people. We will be the one cancelling our accounts with Kohl’s and never shop there again.

I was very uncomfortable in the store. One man near me wore his mask down the entire time, even after an announcement came on to keep your masks on. Also, an employee cursed near me. I couldn’t find what I wanted and everything was too expensive. Will not be returning.

If I could less than 1 star, I would. I have been on phone w customer service at least 10 times since LAST August, it is now mid February trying to get refund on a $633 purchase whereby ALL items have been confirmed since August as having been returned. Awful experience after 40 years of shopping Kohl’s. Every time I call, I get a small credit on my card. They still owe me almost $300. Last call 14 days ago, I said I need THEM to call me instead of me going through all of this AGAIN. They said wait 7-10 days. They always say 7-10 days. NO call back yet. Customer service is in the toilet. I need to FLUSH.

The site switched the card I wanted to use and then they said i'd have to return and reorder in order to fix it, as if it's not just an easy fix for them to switch it to the correct card.
