I'm disgusted with the merchandise. I received a knit sweater for xmas. It was from Kohl's. The 1st day I wore it the arm seam let go at the wrist & over the next 20 mins the seam raveled out all the way up to the armpit. Luckily I can knit so I wove the seam back together. But, glad I wasn't at work when that happened. Also, at our local store there are racks above racks on the outside wall & no way to access the clothes. How ridiculous is that? And I think the sizes doffer from other retailers. For instance, my teen wears xs in most stores & has to buy medium at Kohls to wear the item for longer than a season. They shrink terribly. Other stores have sales & coupons too, so not rushing off to Kohl's.

When shopping at the Creve Couer Kohl’s, I usually have a great customer service experience. However, the way the manager treated a new employee when I was shopping last week was horrible. The employee was still learning how to check out customers on the new system, and the manager’s exact words to me were "Sorry for the wait. Some people STILL can’t figure out how to use the register.” He then continued to show the employee how to use the system, treating him as though he was a kindergartner. The manager went out of his way to humiliate a new employee in front of customers, which I thought was despicable. I have been looking for a summer job and was considering applying to Kohl’s, but I will certainly not be applying after seeing how managers treat new employees.

Ordered two identical items in different colors. Received two items that were tagged the same but were clearly different (one with breast pockets, one without). I was initially promised free returns on the phone only to have it overruled by a "higher up". The 5 star sunk to a 2 star. HEY KOHL'S! Either train your staff properly on what's acceptable or honor their "mistakes". First and last time I'll buy from you!

We placed order with Kohl's and received notification from FedEx that our order was delivered. We opened the door and there was no package. Contacted Kohl's and was told it was very common for FedEx to send delivery notifications and then not deliver the package for another 24 hours to keep there system from backing up. I contacted FedEx and asked them if they did such a thing or if Kohl's was lying. FedEx said Kohl's is lying. Who do you believe in this situation??

I am a long time shopper at Kohl's for over 20 year's! Recently they double charged my credit card which sent a security alert and froze my card. After I got that fixed I was unable to use my $100 Kohl's cash on this same purchase which I earned from the following day when I bought $500 worth of goods. I called customer service to get this fixed. I have no clue what 3rd world country they use but they are the most stupid illiterate people I've ever dealt with!! The agent didn't know anything even after she was in my account looking at it!! I asked for a supervisor. She couldn't put me on hold or transfer my call as they don't have that capability!!!! No... I had to hear other customer service reps saying "My supervisor will be with you shortly!!!" I not only wasted 1 hour I lost $100 +$20 more in bonus money!!! I spend thousands of dollars per year and I'm furious to say the least. Kohl's get your act together or close your stores!! I can spend my cash at Macy's and JC Penny who would love my business back!!

I have a family of 6 & I shop at Kohl's a lot. Unfortunately, here recently the quality of their clothing has been terrible. I have had seams bust out of 3 pairs of pants within the first 2 times of wearing them. 1 in the crotch right before I was leaving for church, 1 in the fabric sewn in behind the "distressed" holes in the denim, & 1 next to the zipper. I would refund them, but because I earned Kohl's cash on them I wouldn't receive any of my money back. I am considering cancelling my credit card and taking my families shopping needs elsewhere. I can't afford to buy poorly made clothing that I'm unable to return.

I used to primarily shop at Kohls but increasing frustration with selection and options has lead me to shop their rivals with increasing frequency. I am only 5 ft tall so the petite department is a necessity to me and Kohl's continues to shrink this department until it is almost non-existent and the majority of the clothing they do carry in petite sizes cater to the elderly. I am short, not 104! I had Kohl's Cash to use and intended to use it on a covered 2 qt. casserole dish only to find that in order to get what I wanted I would have had to purchase a much more expensive set that I did not need! Stop introducing so many new an "trendy" brands and products and stick to the basics that you used to be known and loved for! You are loosing a lot of formerly loyal customers.

Several orders have gone through then I was later notified the orders were cancelled because they were out of stock. One order I was told to take the item into a store for a price change adjustment and then the store wouldn’t do it. Just a lot of issues and people not knowing what they are doing. If you see a good deal on their site, you can try for it, but don’t have very high expectations.
