Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

My wife ordered Santa Claus plates. She payed for them in advance. They sent 1 plate. Never got any of the money refunded & still had to go to the store and buy the rest of the plates out of pocket. Still out over $80. They promised a refund yet never delivered.

Order could not be used as received. I returned it to a local store and I had to point the obvious defect. I asked the person in customer service to re-order. She told me that I would have to use the kiosk. Meaning I would have to pay for shipping if I don't order $75 or more. And that that kohls will not provide free shipping no matter if was Kohls fault. If this site allowed it, I would post the picture of the defect.

Terrible! I loved this store for clothes and home goods...tried to set up a wedding registry, they no longer have them "to focus on more important things" but I could make a list and share...lmbo, fat chance of sharing, it won't let me, says I'm not public (which i chose so I was)...can't even link my list to other sites so ppl could buy from my list....kohls you lost out on a lot of frustrating brides!! I'm not even going to bother shopping here anymore, the fact I'm so irritated

As a 10 former manufacturer for Kohls, what the public does not understand is the way they do business is not very honorable. They squeeze the people who make great product for them and then financially over charge the customer. They also make the manufacturer pay 50% in markdowns they take or threaten not to do business with you, and or cancel orders. After watching the CEO, Michelle Gas’s on CNBC, I felt I needed to post this review. Kohls is the only one profitable in this situation. Ross, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Marshall’s and others never chargeback and do give the consumer great product and great prices.

I was asked not to try on clothes. What are all those large mirrors for throughout the store?? I tried on one single shirt over my T-shirt and chose to buy it until approached by employee who shared corporate idiotic policy, nowhere posted to be viewed by customers, to not try on clothing. Ya in a retail clothing store?? I hung shirt back on rack, didn’t buy it and left store. I’ll no longer shop at kohl’s. What do you think of that corporate? This was at Lake Ozark Missouri. Don’t touch the clothes unreal.

Whoever says that’s a good thing to drop Mike Lindell is part of the problem and place our country in tyranny!! I WILL NO LONGER SHOP AT YOUR STORES!! Decide if you want to make your company politically operation or a store who offers products!! When your company decides to keep your business and your politics separate, IM DONE WITH YOU AND SO MANY OTHERS FEEL THE SAME WAY. I hope your company folds!!

Absolutely worst customer service ever!!!! Delivery date on items keep changing, some I have been waiting over a month for, called to just cancel order and get refunded. Spoke to a supervisor nothing but rude and no help at all. Guess I just have to keep waiting and hope my items show....

On a monthly basis I regularly pay my Kohl’s credit card. I physically walk into the store in the city I live to pay the debt. I have 2 issues with this vendor. I get repeated phone calls despite REGULAR payments to this vendor. Kohl’s is not my friend. Besides my financial relationship with Kohl’s there is NO other reason for them to contact me. Especially in excess of 40 calls per month! As if I do not promptly and consistently pay this vendor. It also seems my balance is not going down. Despite my monthly payment to this vendor. What I feel is this vendor is attempting to manipulate me, with extremely excessive phone calls, while my balance doesn’t appear to decrease. Therefore, I have requested that they refrain from excessively calling me, and send me a copy of ALL my statements to date to verify my balance.
